"Quality of Care Declines in Assisted Living Facility"
There aren't many options for memory care in the area. The head nurse was helpful, but the Director didn't support my dad enough and lacked communication with us. We hired a private caregiver at our own expense. Unfortunately, the quality of care declined during evenings and weekends.

"Caring Assisted Living with Great Food and Activities"
My dad enjoys chair yoga every day. The food is tasty, and they give plenty. The rooms are a nice size. There's a courtyard outside. The director is caring and quick to help with family needs and concerns.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living: Good, But Room for Improvement"
My brother stayed at this place for a short time. It was mostly good, but they need to fix a few things. One problem is their billing system—it needs to be updated. The place looks nice and is very clean. The staff was okay, but I had some issues with how they handled medicines. They should have more consistent staff. My brother liked the food. Overall, I felt he was safe and well taken care of. I would suggest it.

"Convenient Location, Needs Better Communication"
The location is very convenient for our family, but they are still not taking the residents out on field trips yet. They could improve their communication and return phone calls more promptly.

"Mixed Feelings at Emeritus, Alexandria"
My dad's been at Emeritus at Alexandria for around six weeks. The big problem is they haven't given him rides three days a week like they said they would. They explain why, but it's still disappointing because dad likes going out. Also, they're raising fees at the start of the year. Feels like I'm getting charged for every little thing. I'm not usually one to complain, and the staff there are friendly, but there are still some big issues.
