I chose this place because they said they'd give me a discount, but I didn't get it. Also, they charged us for stuff they didn't even do.

My mom never lived there. Dad did for a month. Mom couldn't join without extra costs. Make sure to get everything in writing.

The costs keep rising each year, but the care doesn't improve. I think they're exploiting our lack of options. I might suggest it, but the high price worries me.
