"Recommended for Convenience and Cleanliness"
It's nearby, and the community is clean. I'd recommend it.

"Disappointing Assisted Living: Lack of Care and Communication"
This place isn't good if you want your loved one to be taken care of properly. Rooms are dirty, sheets aren't washed, meds aren't given correctly, and the staff doesn't communicate. They don't return calls about issues, and nothing gets fixed. I leave notes, but they still don't listen. It's been 10 months of terrible experiences. People who can't do things for themselves are neglected, with no activities. The place looks nice, but the rooms are dirty. Housekeeping and laundry do a bad job, with no respect for your belongings. Some workers care, but many don't. It's expensive for poor service.

"Mixed Feelings Despite Good Care"
I'm mostly pleased with them. The main issue is she doesn't always get her medicine on time. I have to keep reminding them about it. Besides that, they've been really good. They look after her well, and they keep the place in good shape.

"Accommodating and Varied Assisted Living Dining Keeps Residents Happy"
This place is really nice, but it's important to be clear about what you expect from the beginning. Make sure you tell them about any special diets your loved one needs. Once we did that, they were very helpful. The food is tasty, and my loved one enjoys it. They offer a nice selection for everyone who lives here.

"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living: Better Inside, Dull Memory Care"
The assisted living place looked nicer inside than outside. The apartments for people who can take care of themselves seemed good, but the area for people with memory problems was scary. It seemed like anyone could live there, and the apartments were plain and boring. It reminded me of a movie I didn't like. It wasn't what I wanted for my loved one. But the staff were friendly, and they checked up on us after our visit. I decided to choose a different place where the memory care seemed better.

"Newest, Expensive, Full Amenities: Ideal Assisted Living for Seniors"
It's a pricey place compared to others I checked out. But, it's the newest and comes with the most stuff. They offer tons of services like foot doctors, haircuts, and physical therapy. It's super convenient if you have trouble moving around because everything comes to you. Before lockdowns, they had shows a couple times each week. The food is good and served like at a restaurant. No one caught Covid here; everyone who got it got better.
