"Assisted Living Facility Review"
The dining room staff could improve. Everyone has different needs. This place is the best choice around here, in my opinion. I suggest touring and observing before deciding.

"Mixed Experience at Inspired Living: Good Care, Room for Improvement"
My family member stayed at Inspired Living at Kenner before. I feel let down that they couldn't continue caring for him. He seemed well looked after, but the Medical Director thought he was too challenging to care for. They often said it took 4-6 people to help him into bed or change his clothes. The staff was always kind to me, but they struggled to handle my family member. The management, caregivers, and other residents were all friendly. The place was decently clean, but his room floor was always sticky. Also, they misplaced his vest and a sheet and couldn't find them. The food seemed really good, and I believe he ate well there. The activities were great, and I think he enjoyed them and joined in everything offered. However, he's happier now that he can have his own space when I visit and when he needs to rest during the day.

"Unmet Promises at Assisted Living Facility"
The workers say they’ll give lots of help but hardly do. They’re always running low on staff. The bosses say they’ll check on problems but never do. People living there don’t feel okay about speaking up. And the plumbing? It’s never fixed when it should be.

""Moved Mom Due to Slow Response Times at Inspired Living""
Inspired Living makes residents wait for 30 minutes after they press their call button. My mom always had to wait longer, and sometimes, no one would even answer. We talked to the staff many times, emailed, and called them. But nothing changed. We had to move mom to a new place because it wasn't safe for her at Inspired Living.

"Friendly staff, inconsistent care"
The care at Inspired Living is very uneven. Care plans are not always followed, and residents in Memory Care don't get checked on as often as they should. However, I have never seen any worker mistreat or be mean to a resident. All the workers are friendly, just not consistent with the care and attention we were promised.

"New Resident Happy with Care and Activities"
We are new to Inspire, but so far, we've been really happy with it. The admissions person has done a great job helping us. It's also impressive how they know everyone's name and talk to the residents personally. There are plenty of activities for the residents to enjoy each day. Thanks again for everything!!

"Pleased. Very nice facility."
We like Inspired Living in Kenner overall. They're growing, so sometimes response times are slow, but management is quick to fix things. The Head Nurse is fantastic, and the sales team is friendly and helpful.

"Conveniently Lovely"
Kenner's Inspired Living community is lovely. It would've been ideal for our family member due to its convenient location near our home. However, we had to opt for a different community based on affordability.

"Mom Thriving in Safe, Friendly Assisted Living Community"
Overall, I think my mom is very happy with her new place. It’s a good, safe facility with friendly staff. They seem to hire good people, and the staff has been quick to address any concerns she has. When I visit, her room is always kept nice and clean. They also offer tasty meals and fun activities for the residents. I feel good about her moving here and would definitely recommend it.

"Top-notch Assisted Living Facility Receives A+ Rating"
My mom loves this place! It feels like a vacation. Staff are nice and helpful. They check on residents often. Lots of fun activities every day. Food is awesome too!
