"Mixed Feelings at Marigold Assisted Living"
Marigold is a pretty nice place. It needs some updates, but the staff is friendly. Unfortunately, there are many residents with memory issues now, which makes it challenging to come and go for visits. We used to enjoy the green area out back, but it's no longer accessible. Having electronic doors like in hospitals would be a helpful addition.

Our first hopes weren't met. They should've checked more thoroughly to see if they could care for our family member. In the end, we had to move them out.

"Inconsistent Costs and Care Levels"
My mom has gotten better since she moved there. The care they provide is pretty good. Over the past few months, they've had different cooks, some better than others. So the food quality has been inconsistent. The main downside is that the cost changes each month based on the care needed. It's confusing, and you're never sure what you'll pay. Plus, they evaluate care levels every 30 days, which can be frustrating. Overall, it's just expensive.

"Assisted Living Facility Falls Short in Communication and Support"
The place called and said they set up a doctor's appointment for my family member. They asked for someone from our family to go with them. I expected the community to handle this for us. It felt like a last-minute surprise.

"Failed Promises and Lack of Adequate Care"
Our stay here was disappointing. My father didn't enjoy it and didn't want to come back. They didn't bathe my mother or wash her hair, and they didn't change her sheets. They promised they could take care of her, but days later, they said they couldn't and she needed to leave. It felt like they weren't being honest. The place looked good and the staff, nurse, and social worker were doing their jobs well. But the boss needs to be more truthful about what they can really do. Things started off on a high note but they didn't keep it up.

"Great Community with Friendly Staff and Enjoyable Activities"
My friend is doing great here and really likes it. The place looks nice and clean. The people who work here are very nice and helpful. She's been on some spa trips, so they have fun things to do. I've eaten here a couple of times and the food is good. She's having a good time, so I think it's a good place.

Things are going well. They're still getting organized, but overall, it's going smoothly. The transition has been pretty smooth. I believe Marigold Place will be a great place for them.

"Marigold Place: A Heaven-Sent Home for My Mother-in-Law"
I needed a place for my mother-in-law because she was driving me crazy at home. After looking around a lot, I found Marigold Place. Everyone there is super nice and very hospitable. The prices were reasonable, perfect for my mother-in-law. She's been there for over a month now, and surprisingly, she seems to be okay and fine there, even though she's usually indecisive. The staff is very accommodating, nice, and really try to please the residents. Marigold Place has been a godsend for me, my mother-in-law, and my husband. Thank you again, and I will highly recommend you to anyone.

"A Beautiful Place I Now Call Home"
The staff here are amazing, and everything is super clean and tidy. The meals are hot and tasty. There are lots of activities, and I can choose to do as much or as little as I want. This place is beautiful, and I now call it HOME!

"Dangerous Facility Fails to Care for Residents!"
This assisted living facility is a disaster. The staff numbers are too low and people are quitting all the time which means the care for the residents isn't good at all. Plus, there have been a lot of money and medications going missing without any real solution. One of the people who gives the medicine was even banned from another place because of the same issues but the big bosses won't let them be fired. I know one director tried, and has been reporting the thefts to the regional manager, but it got ignored. The physical facility has safety problems that could harm the residents but the higher-ups aren't letting local managers fix them because they want to save money. If you love your family, seriously DON'T let them live here!
