"Fun Place!"
What a fun place! I volunteered for their Vegas Party and really enjoyed visiting with the residents. We had such a great time playing PLINKO! The staff seemed to really be engaging with the people that live there.

"Feels Just Like Home, Fun Activities, Great Friends"
Really feels like home. My mom-in-law has lived here for five years. She loves the bingo and casino games. She's made friends who she has dinner with and she enjoys reading the books that are available in the exercise room and main lounge.

"Dangerous Facility Accompanied by Unsanitary Conditions"
My grandpa had a terrible fall in this facility last week, which unfortunately resulted in his death. I would strongly advise against anyone considering admitting their elderly parents here. This place carries a sense of immense danger. To top it all off, it reeks of urine and there's a woman who constantly roams around with a petite white dog who defecates on the carpet. Disappointingly, no one ever bothers to clean it up.

""Unbearable Odor and Health Concerns at Assisted Living Facility""
This place is definitely the smelliest I've ever visited. It reeks of pee everywhere. Also, the woman who manages this facility often roams around with a little white dog who consistently leaves urine stains on the carpet. I can't imagine my mom living here at all. The health department seriously needs to inspect this location.

"Unbearable Stench and Unruly Pets in Senior Home"
This has to be the smelliest senior living home I've ever set foot in. I can't even finish writing about how bad it is because there's a small white dog going around peeing on the carpet.

"Dog Urinates Unchecked, Whole Facility Reeks of Urine"
When I went to check out this assisted living place with my mom, the first thing that hit me was the horrible smell of pee. During our visit, someone's small, white, poodle-like dog was just doing its business right on the carpet and no one seemed to do anything about it. Even the lady who owned the dog - the one showing us around - didn't do anything. Then, we went upstairs and, guess what, it smelled like pee there too. When I left that place, I had to hop in the shower right away. There's no way I'm letting my mom stay at such a stinky place. The lady with the dog needs to take it home and train it properly.

"Assisted Living Facility Impresses with Cleanliness, Activities, and Commitment"
We really liked this place and now we're waiting to get in. We heard good things about it from others. When we toured it, they answered all our questions and promised to take good care of my mom. It was neat and tidy. They have a schedule of activities to do every day. I'm excited for my mom to move here.

"Lovely Place with Roomy Apts, Missing Stove for Cooking"
This place is really nice. The outside area is beautiful. Some of the apartments we saw were big enough for two people. They give you all your meals, but I think it would be better if they had a small stove instead of just a hot plate.

"Warm and welcoming assisted living with family-like staff and activities."
This place is really nice with lots of trees around a pond where you can walk. The people who work here treat the residents like they’re family, not just customers. They have fun things to do, and a lot of people join in. The tour was great!

"Unimpressed by Park Provence’s Chaos and Lack of Space"
I visited Park Provence while searching for a good place for a family member. To be honest, it didn’t really wow me, especially when I think about the other spots I’ve checked out. The place seemed kind of all over the place when I was walking around, and it also seemed like there weren’t many hangout spots for everyone living there.

"Park Provence Tour: Lacks Organization and Shared Spaces"
I visited Park Provence while seeking care options for a family member. To be honest, I wasn't really moved by what I saw there compared to other places. It seemed a bit disorganized when I went, and I don't feel there were many shared spaces for the folks living there.

"Excellent Care and Community Feel at Park Provence Assisted Living"
My mother and father-in-law moved to Camellia Gardens, now Park Provence, a bit over two years ago because they couldn't take care of themselves or their home anymore. It was the best choice we’ve ever made as a family. The staff treat them like family, doing so many kind things that aren’t even in their job descriptions. The food is great, and the atmosphere feels very community-focused. The staff knows everyone by name and greets them with smiles every day. Their first holiday at the community was hard because they couldn’t join our family gathering at home. But one of the kitchen staff, Ms. Johnnie Mae, went out of her way to buy my mother-in-law a can of Petit Pois Peas, her favorite holiday side dish. Who does that? The staff at Park Provence does! They are amazing! Director Susan [removed] has been with the facility since it opened and worked with our family to get the services they needed. My father-in-law passed away on Christmas Eve, but my mother-in-law will continue to live there. It’s a safe, happy, and comfortable place with lots of love and care for all the residents. I highly recommend it.

"Feels Like Family"
My mother and father-in-law moved to Camellia Gardens, now called Park Provence, a bit over two years ago when they couldn’t take care of themselves or their home anymore. It was the best choice we ever made as a family. The staff treats them like their own family. They do so many little acts of kindness that I’m sure aren’t part of their job. The food is great and the atmosphere is very community-oriented. The staff knows everyone by name and greets them with smiles every day. Their first holiday at the community was tough because they couldn’t come to our family gathering. One of the kitchen staff, went out of her way to buy my mother-in-law a can of Petit Pois Peas, her favorite holiday side dish. Who does that? The staff at Park Provence. They ROCK! The Director, worked with our family to get them the services they needed. She’s been there since the building was built and has such a big heart. My father-in-law passed away on Christmas Eve, but my mother-in-law still lives there. It’s a safe, happy, and comfortable place with lots of love and hugs for all the residents. I highly recommend it.
