"Friendly Staff, Okay Food: Overall Pleased Experience"
My dad has been at Serenity since March 24, 2019. The facility has 10 residents, but only three can communicate—my dad being one of them. The staff is easy to work with and accommodating. The food is just okay, and there are no chefs. However, they'll prepare something off-menu if my dad prefers. Unfortunately, there are no activities—just TV. In addition to the $3400 monthly fee, they charge $275 for administering his medications (I fill the pill cases). Overall, we're pleased.
