"Cozy Home for Mom"
Mom feels at home in Southside Gardens, making friends and loving the cozy patio atmosphere with fewer residents.

"Mixed Feelings About Southside Gardens"
I liked Southside Gardens. It's good for living on your own, but not great for assisted living or memory care. The main problem was they couldn't handle more serious care needs. Also, it's an older facility compared to others we checked out.

"Dissatisfied with Second Visit to Assisted Living"
When our family first visited the assisted living place, we thought it was pretty good, like a 4 out of 5. But when we went back a second time, it didn’t feel the same; it was more like a 2 out of 5. There were less people around than before, and it didn’t look like they tried to fix up or change anything. The place felt more like a hospital for sick folks than a home for people who can take care of themselves. Also, it just didn’t seem clean enough for us.

"Mixed Feelings About Southside Gardens"
I liked Southside Gardens, but they had separate apartments for assisted living. Unfortunately, my loved one would be alone without much interaction. Plus, if it rained, he’d have to walk in the rain to get to the dining hall.
