"Nice Facility, But Not What We Needed"

We went for our scheduled tour, but the lady who was supposed to answer our questions wasn't there. Instead, someone else showed us around, but they didn't seem as knowledgeable. Out of all the tours we did, this one felt the least prepared. The facility itself was fine, but it wasn't what my loved one wanted. It was a multi-level building with elevators and narrow hallways. It felt more like a hotel, and she wanted a place that felt more like a home.
