"Concerns Over Staff and Privacy at Assisted Living"
I visited this place for older people to live. The visit made me feel unhappy about it. I saw two workers just sitting and using their phones, not working. One worker was doing this two times I saw them. It seemed like they do this a lot. I asked the boss if anyone from my mom’s town lived there. The boss told me someone’s name, what was wrong with them, and how they were doing. That’s private stuff! The boss also said something mean about a person who had a toy baby. I really didn’t want my mom living there. If the boss talks badly about people to someone they don’t know, what would the workers say?

"Mixed feelings about memory care facility, overall positive experience"
I'm new to places like this, so maybe I hoped too much. The place is nice and clean. Most of the staff know what they're doing with people who have memory issues. But some of them, especially at night and on weekends, aren't as good as I thought they'd be. I get that running a healthcare place is hard, so maybe this is as good as it gets. But I really admire the folks here who work hard to help those with memory problems and personality changes.
