"Inconsistent Staff and Services at Assisted Living Facility"
I'm not sure if it's their fault, but they keep changing the people who take care of us. They've lost three or four caregivers since my family member moved in. Some new ones came, but it's not very organized. I don't know if they're having trouble finding people to hire, but the meals aren't served on time either. They're bringing lunch at different times for people who need help. They just hired a new group of cleaners, but they keep changing them too. I don't know if it's a different company or if they're their own employees, but they arrive in a car with a cleaning service logo. People who live here but can take care of themselves find it easier to handle all this than those who need more help.

"Good Value with Room for Improvement"
This place is pretty good for the money. They help my loved one with their medications. Sometimes, though, the times aren't consistent, which could be better for them. The community is clean, but they should clean under furniture more often. The food tastes really good, but the portions are small. They have activities like bingo and religious services for residents to enjoy.

I liked The Windsor a lot and found it had many offerings. Comparing places was tough.

Everything has been great at The Windsor! The place looks nice, is well-kept, and clean. The food here is really tasty! All the staff are super friendly and caring, and they take good care of everyone living here!
