"Friendly staff, COVID precautions, All American at Raynham"
My brother, just 59, found a welcoming place. Their COVID precautions impressed us. We recommend All American at Raynham.

"Friendly Staff but Lacked Needed Services and Homey Atmosphere"
We visited this place and thought [name removed] was really great! She answered our questions and helped us find what we needed. But we chose a different place because they couldn't meet all our loved one's needs and it didn't feel like home.

"Great place, but room layout fit better elsewhere"
I liked this place a lot, just like the other one I considered. I chose the other one because the room layout was better for my loved one.

"Poor Management and Care at Assisted Living Facility"
Please avoid this place if possible. Whenever someone living here has trouble, the bosses tend to point fingers at the resident’s family instead of helping. The bosses are really bad. It seems like all the problems come from them. They didn’t talk to us right when everyone was getting sick. The head nurse is the worst; she’s mean to families, workers, and the people living here. I feel like she’s the main issue. My family member was so unhappy that I started to look for a different place. But in the end, I brought him back home because he was too upset. There’s one good thing, though. There were a couple of really kind helpers who truly cared for my husband. The way they treat their workers isn’t good, and it makes everyone feel down. People keep leaving their jobs. During the sickness, the workers weren’t even allowed to be nice or comforting to the people living there. They’re not careful with the medicines, and nobody watches over the nurses. During holiday times, there was nothing fun for the people living there. You can’t find a phone number or email to talk to the bosses if you need to. The food is really bad, and sometimes they don’t have enough for everyone. It’s definitely not fancy food.

"Mixed experience with assisted living."
We liked the location and friendly staff, but small rooms. Limited food variety. Medication responsibility not disclosed.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
We picked this place because it was affordable and close by. But if your family member isn't comfortable speaking up, the staff can be a bit rude. Once your funds run out, you'll need to find a new home. Unfortunately, my loved one had to move elsewhere, and I wasn't happy.

"Friendly Staff and Excellent Food"
We picked All American Assisted Living because it's close to home. The rooms are decent-sized compared to others. The food is excellent, with lots of variety, and my husband hasn't complained. The staff is friendly and great at communicating. My favorite part is their willingness to help. If my husband has an issue and I call, they're on it. I recommend it. .

"Mixed Experience, Yet Ultimately Recommendable Assisted Living Community"
My father-in-law had to adjust to his new home here. It's nice, but we've faced a few challenges. I wish we knew more about their rules before moving in. Some advertised features didn't meet our expectations. Despite that, he's safe and content. There are lots of activities to enjoy. The staff is wonderful, always ready to help. It's a lively place, and I'd suggest it.

"Assisted living is nice but facing growth challenges"
I think All American Assisted Living does a good job! It looks nice, and they take good care of the people here. I would rate them higher, but they're dealing with some challenges because they got a lot of new residents and are trying to get more staff.
