"Grateful for Great Care at Allerton House"
Our family was very thankful for Mom's time at Allerton House. Everyone was very friendly and caring, and the place was always clean and nice. It feels like home, which helps people get used to the new place. Mom stayed there during the pandemic, which was really hard, but Allerton was great through it all. The first 20-22 months were excellent when the nurse in charge of Memory Care was . When she left, the new nurse tried hard but couldn't keep up the same level of care. There was also a lot of staff turnover during that time. However, she wasn't there long, and now there is a new nurse and more Dementia activities. Overall, for the price, the facility is great. It's a wonderful place.

The Director, is really knowledgeable, friendly, and helps with all the paperwork. He met my dad and thought he would be a great fit for Allerton House. The food is delicious and healthy, and my dad loves it. The staff is super friendly, and the place is spotless. He has a nice room, and when he missed breakfast one morning, they brought it to him. I highly recommend Allerton House because nothing else we saw was as clean or nice. The whole experience has been great, and they even gave my siblings and me lunch on move-in day, which was really kind. They are very accommodating.

"Top-Notch Care and Comfort at Allerton House"
The Director, Al, is knowledgeable, friendly, and super helpful with paperwork. He met my dad and thought he would be a great fit for Allerton House. The food is delicious and healthy, and my dad loves it. The staff is really friendly, and the place is spotless. My dad has a nice room, and one morning, when he missed breakfast, they even brought it to his room. I definitely recommend Allerton House. Everything we saw was not as clean or nice as their place. It’s been a really positive experience. On the day my dad moved in, they even provided lunch for me and my siblings, which was really thoughtful. They are very accommodating.
