"Caring Staff Patience for Dementia Patients Praised"
The employees were caring and patient with my mom's dementia, as praised by my family.

"Assisted Living Facility Falls Short on Care and Communication"
I didn't like the food. Many folks used walkers. Other residents helped instead of staff. Staff didn't listen when I asked for help. Rent was too high. Laundry charges weren't clear. I wouldn't recommend it. Some staff didn't understand English well. Only two nurses, but they don't provide treatments. You need to bring your own nurse for treatment.

"Caring Assisted Living with Engaging Activities"
Overall, our experience with Allerton House has been positive. They've done a great job caring for my loved one. The facility is clean, and the staff are friendly and professional. They provide excellent care and offer a variety of activities to keep residents engaged.

"Nice New Place, But Pricier Than Expected"
This place is pretty new and costs a bit more. It’s a spot for folks who need some help day-to-day. The cost was a bit more than what we wanted to spend. We only got to talk to the people who sell the place. In the end, we picked a different spot that felt more like home and was snug.

"Small Rooms, No Independence"
The bedrooms seem too small, and they insist on three meals a day. Unfortunately, they don't offer independent living in the same facility as assisted living.
