"Convenient Location and Helpful Assistance at Draper Place"

We really liked Draper Place! We picked it because it's close to where we grew up in Hopedale, and my Mom lives nearby. The other places we looked at were mostly in the same price range. Like they say in real estate, location is everything! Thanks a lot for your help! I'll tell anyone I know who needs help about A Place for Mom.

"Vibrant community with excellent amenities and caring staff."

I live here. Dining offers fruits, salads, fish, beef, and chicken. Happy hours weekly at Atria's pub with beer, wine, and more. Atria Bus for shopping and church trips. Monthly entertainment includes singers and dancers. Nursing staff available 24/7. Weekly apartment cleaning, floor laundry rooms.

"Assisted Living Review: Clean but Staff and Food Concerns"

This place in central Massachusetts is super clean and looks really nice. But sometimes the staff can seem a bit distant and might not have all the right skills for what your family member needs. Also, if you need gluten-free or vegetarian food, your options might be kinda limited. Because of these things, it costs a lot, which makes sense since you'd expect better staff and food for the price.

"Loved Atria! Perfect location for Mom."

We toured Atria and really loved it! It’s near the town park, library, and post office. We hope to move Mom here.

"Good Experience"

We visited Atria Draper and found it to be quite good. The staff was friendly, and they had a busy schedule of activities. However, we felt the community might be too large for her.

"Great place with friendly staff and healthy meals"

We visited this place for my mom's care. The staff was friendly and answered all our questions. We didn't like the layout for my mom to move around. The menu was good with healthy meals. They also had nice activities. We recommend other families take a tour.

"Great care and activities, worth considering for your loved one"

We visited this place for my mom. The staff was really caring and answered all our questions. We liked the menu and the activities for her to do with other residents. We wanted something closer to home, but we recommend other families check out this place for its care and options.

"Too Small For Our Needs"

My friends live here and they seem happy. The place used to be an old factory, but now it's a home for seniors. They even put in a fancy chandelier. The rooms, however, are small and just not what we were looking for.

"Headline: "Pretty Surroundings Don't Equal Quality Care at Draper Place""

I'm super unhappy with Draper Place. It's all about making money. My mom moved in last April. On January 1st, they increased her rent by $399.00. Now it's a whopping $7404.00 a month. I tried to calmly talk to the financial person, but all she would say was their policy is to raise rent each January 1st. I left a message for the boss, but he never called me back. We've had a few health problems lately, and the nurse won't return phone calls. My mom can't even get a Tylenol for her toothache because they won't give medicine as needed. They keep saying to put it in her monthly pill tray. But I don't want her taking Tylenol all the time, only when she needs it. So they want a family member to drive there every time she needs a Tylenol. That's an hour there and back. The people who work by the hour are great. And the place sure looks nice. But the big bosses are hard to talk to and always on the defensive. I do NOT believe my mom's care is better here than at her last place. Bottom Line: If you're okay with paying a lot for a pretty place, Draper Place is for you. But if you want caring and love for your family member, find somewhere else.

"Friendly, Supportive Staff"

Our time at Atria Draper Place has been great so far. Although my loved one hasn't permanently moved in yet, the staff here are super friendly and have been helpful during the entire transfer process.

"Pretty Place, but Pricey"

We checked out this place while considering care for a family member. Atria Draper looks really nice and is close to us, but it's just too costly for us to consider seriously.

"Great Care and Communication!"

Atria Draper Place has been great! The facility is really nice, and everything feels high quality. They've been very helpful with my loved one's specific care needs. I also appreciate how communicative they are—I live far away, so it's reassuring to know I can easily reach the director or nursing staff.

"A new and happier mom!"

Our mother has been at Draper Place for a little over a month, and the change in her has been amazing. Before she moved, she was living independently in another assisted living facility, feeling isolated, lonely, and not eating. Now, she’s happy, social, involved, and even gaining weight! From the first day she entered the memory care unit, the staff made her feel special and important. Even though she has aphasia and struggles to talk, they connected with her by getting her involved in activities right away. We feel so blessed to have found this wonderful place where she’s treated with love, respect, and dignity. She’s thriving and has even made new friends who accept her just as she is. We couldn’t be more grateful for the kind and compassionate staff!

"The Reluctant Resident"

My mom didn’t want assisted living until she slipped on ice near our mailbox. After a hospital stay and a week in a nursing home, we moved her to Atria Draper Place. Her one-bedroom apartment is lovely, with morning light and a neighborhood view. Everyone is friendly, and many remember her name. The residents go out of their way to make her feel welcome. Recently, she visited her doctor for the first time since moving, and she said the place is nice, people are friendly, and the food is so-so. From my mom, that’s high praise indeed.

"Great Experience"

The place has been great. They really know what they're doing. They're good at connecting us with other services. The food is always good. My only suggestion is that they should tell us about appointments and services upfront. We picked this place because it's well-maintained, and the director and nurse gave helpful advice.

"Close to home, great ratings, and delicious pie!"

This place is close to home, about 10 miles away, near Milford Hospital and many doctors. They got great ratings on everything, and they even sent me home with a whole hot apple pie! It was DELICIOUS!!

"Good Place, Joyful People, Memory Care Intimidating"

Good place, the people staying are pleasant and look joyful. The part for memory care is a bit intimidating, but that might just be how things are in this industry.

"Great place! The Director is super helpful"

Great place! The Director is super helpful with all our questions and follow-ups. We're still checking out other places, but Atria Draper Place is the best we've seen so far. Thanks for your help!
