"Recommended for its location and availability in town."
Enclave had availability in desired town; recommend it to others.

"Excellent Care Despite Financial Communication Challenges"
Dealing with the financial department and changes to the care contract could definitely be improved. However, Mom and I really enjoy living here. I would definitely recommend the Enclave to others. We had a hard time finding the right place for Mom after a few problems at other facilities, but we were lucky to find you.

"Affordable, Safe, and Clean Assisted Living Facility"
The staff is friendly, and the accommodations are nice. We chose this community due to its affordability, although there have been staffing turnover issues. Overall, it’s a safe and clean facility.

"Mixed Experience at The Enclave Assisted Living"
We picked The Enclave because they have a nice outdoor patio on the first floor where our loved one can walk around outside. The food looks and smells good, but our loved one isn't a big fan. The place is having some trouble with staffing, so the activities aren't always regular. But we understand it's because of the current situation.

"Limited Activities and Poor Communication"
I wouldn’t suggest visiting this place. When the COVID outbreak happened, everyone had to stay in their own rooms, all alone. We hardly ever heard from the staff, and they didn’t talk to our families either. While we were there, there weren’t any fun things to do.

"Great location but needs more space options"
I liked the location because it's close to everything. The only problem is there aren't any two-bedroom apartments, and there's not enough closet space for two people in a one-bedroom. I'm not sure my stepdad would handle the move well without more space, but my mom would be fine. There are lots of activities and the surroundings are very nice. The staff is friendly and helpful.

"Best place for my parents!"
My family is very happy with my parents' stay here! This place went beyond my expectations. The staff greets my parents and all of us by name with a smile. They do everything possible to make sure my parents are well taken care of and safe. It’s clear that other residents are happy too. There are many activities to choose from both inside and outside. They keep everything clean, and the maintenance crew is always ready to help, like hanging pictures and curtains when moving in. My parents are very happy here, and I couldn’t ask for a better place for them!

"Friendly Staff, But Denied for Admission"
During the tour, we were informed that my mom wouldn’t be a good fit for the community. After her assessment, she was denied admission. The tour itself went well, and the staff was professional and friendly.

"A Nice, Friendly Place"
For the most part, it was good for my dad. It took him some time to adjust. The staff are really great and very patient with him. Everyone is super nice. My dad likes most of the meals they serve. They could use more activities, especially for men. It's quiet sometimes, and the residents have said they want more activities.

"A Spacious Community"
They were okay, and the tour was nice. The place is really big, with winding hallways that might confuse someone. But overall, it didn't feel very cozy. After the tour, I heard some negative things.

"Attentive Staff and Great Care!"
One thing I really liked about this community was the attentive staff. There was a small incident with my father, but they contacted me right away. The place was always kept clean, and the meals were good. My father had no complaints about the care or the food. I would definitely recommend their respite care.

"Review: The Estate at Franklin - Not Ideal for Youthful Seniors"
It felt as though we were too youthful for this place. It appeared that none of the residents were content. The environment was closer to that of a nursing home.

"Avoid! Care and Morale at Facility Takes Devastating Plunge"
We are desperately trying to move our loved one out of this place. Over the past year, the quality of care and staffing has plummeted drastically. The way that management has dealt with our genuine worries is truly disappointing. Apparently, the state of Massachusetts sequestered the facility's operating license due to repeated escape incidents from the memory care unit, narcotics being stolen, and other problems back in February, 2016. The general mood at this place is absolutely depressing. It's really a shame, because we were so pleased when she first took up residence here.

"Unfulfilled Promises Disappoint at "The Estates""
My mom has been living at The Estates for about five weeks now and she's really not too thrilled. They don't have enough people working there. Sometimes she has to wait forever to eat in the dining room, even though they just hired someone new. And she's not exactly a fan of the food - half the time it's not hot enough and she once waited forty minutes for a sandwich from the "always ready" menu. She's even had to ask about getting her place cleaned because housekeeping just can't seem to make it on her assigned day. And I've had to go looking for her laundry and take out her trash because housekeeping didn't show. Basically, everything we were promised hasn't been delivered, unless my mom or I say something. Fancy meals cooked by a chef? More like gross. Cleaned every week? More like whenever they feel like it. Laundry? You're probably better off just doing it yourself. My mom and I are not happy at all. We really thought this place was going to be great, but it's just not cutting it. The Estates really needs to hire more people so they can actually give us what was promised. We're trying to find a new place as soon as we can.

"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living Facility"
I’m sharing my thoughts on the Estate at Franklin. It’s a pretty nice place. Just a heads up—when you’re joining, they might say some stuff that’s not totally true to get you to sign up. The activities are fun, and everyone seems to really like the person who plans them. They go on cool trips to places like Walmart, which makes everyone happy. But the food? Not so great. Everyone’s always saying how it could be a lot better. The people who work here seem like they have too much going on and can’t handle it all. They don’t always do what they say they will, and they don’t talk to us much after we move in. I think the bosses need to sort this out fast. A bunch of us are thinking about moving to a different place. I do like it here, but I might leave for somewhere else if things don’t improve. I really hope they fix these issues. And yeah, this is a secret review.

"Very happy with this choice!"
I looked at many assisted living places before choosing the Estate at Franklin. My mother has been there for about 10 weeks now, and she is being well cared for. The staff is very kind and has taken the time to get to know her. My mother’s quality of life has improved. Instead of just watching TV all day, she is joining activities and meeting new people. She has made friends and is enjoying life. I’ve heard many residents say how fast the day goes by.

"She loves it here and so do we!"
My aunt didn’t want to move to assisted living, but she absolutely LOVES The Estate of Franklin now. My sister and I visit often, and she’s loving things I never thought she would, like exercise classes and activities. She’s even asked us to eat lunch there with her because the food is so good! They keep us updated on family events, and I’ve been impressed every time. Great place!
