"Clean, Fun, and Entertaining Assisted Living Facility"
The building is tidy and really clean. The food tastes great. The activities are enjoyable and worthwhile. There are lots of fun outings. There’s entertainment at least once a week with a good mix of options.

"Challenging but supportive community for spouse's dementia safety."
Living there was challenging for an active person. Warm residents. Chose for spouse's safety.

"Caring Staff Make a Tough Time Easier"
My sister stayed in the memory care unit for a year. Even as her condition worsened, the staff, led by [name removed], treated her with respect and kindness. They always made time to help her, which meant a lot to our family. It’s heartbreaking to see a loved one struggle with illness, but knowing she was in good hands with the staff eased our stress. Thank you to [name removed] and everyone on your team.

"Poor Treatment and Theft at Atria Assisted Living Facility"
My aunt had money and other possessions stolen multiple times by the staff at this assisted living facility. The woman at the reception desk is often rude to the residents. This place, Atria, should feel ashamed for letting such things happen. Whenever you try to speak up about these issues, they just brush you off, saying things like "that's never happened before." Older people might be senior citizens, but it doesn't mean they're dumb.

"Caring Staff"
I've been staying at this community for a short respite, and things have been going well. Each day, I'm getting better after my surgery, and I'm looking forward to going home soon. The staff has done a great job meeting my needs and ensuring my comfort. The activity program is fantastic, and I've had no issues with the meals they serve three times a day.

"Caring Community"
This community is awesome! The staff is super friendly. We wanted more in-house care services. The meals seem varied and good. They have lots of fun activities for residents who can join. The place is really clean and well-maintained. We recommend other families to check it out for their loved ones.

"Costly and Unaccountable Atria Care Puts Strain on Resident Families"
One of my family members recently moved into the Atria senior living community. It's safe, neat, and the folks there are really friendly. However, it costs more than comparable assisted living places. This is mostly because they separate the cost of care from rental costs. Moreover, they don't track the hours of help and show you what you're getting for your money. Because of this, what you end up paying is more than necessary based on the level of help your family member needs. Also, these cost levels are rather vague and based on what activities your loved ones need help with, regardless of how much work it is for the aides. Due to this, we might look at other places next year.

"Good Community Overall"
My visit to this community was pleasant. The place appeared neat and tidy, and the staff was quite friendly. Although the prices were high due to budget constraints, overall, it’s a good community.

"Great experience with temporary furniture and loving the place!"
We've had a great time at Atria at Marina Place, and my mom loves it. She’s using the temporary furniture until hers arrives, and it's been perfect.

"Undelivered Promises: Poor Services in Assisted Living"
Sadly, their assistance isn't up to par. My mom went there for mental help and their service didn't meet our expectations. They never prodded her to put her hearing aids or dentures in. I'd visit her, finding her attempting to eat without dentures. They always skipped reminding her to do basic stuff. Basically, they failed in their duties. I'd visit and see her hair unkempt. However, they moved her to dementia care which seems to be serving her better. Feels like they promised us everything and then disappointed us.

"Friendly staff, great care, minor housekeeping issue"
She’s been there for about a month. The first month went very well. There was a small issue with housekeeping, but it seems fixed now. That’s the only reason for the lower rating. The care is amazing. I’m very happy with it. The staff are friendly and always greet her, making her feel welcome.

"Facility Too Intimidating, Not Accessible for Elderly Loved Ones"
Located far from city center. Big building feels scary. Need transportation from N. Quincy. Not good for Dad.

"Not Impressed with Assisted Living Care"
This is a place where my Mom stayed, and I wasn't impressed with the care they provided. They seemed short-staffed and overworked. The facility was big, but there weren't enough aides for the residents. They had only one nurse on staff, and that was just part of the day. The place looked nice, and people were friendly, though. They did have a good selection of activities, but it was always busy.

"Tiny Apartments, Urban Location, Pricey"
The apartments are just TOO SMALL! They're only 600 square feet, and it feels cramped. Plus, the location is too urban, and the cost seems high unless it's more than just a rental community.
