"Mixed feelings about assisted living: cleanliness and staff praised."
This place is pretty good overall. It's clean and most of the staff are friendly and helpful. The quality is okay, but it could be better. The food is tasty. However, they need more activities for people with memory care needs. Also, it's expensive and they could do more for my mom considering the cost.

"Check Insurance, Feel Like Hotel, Talk, and Eat"
1. Even if you have Long Term Care Insurance, you might not get accepted for its benefits. 2. For me, it feels like staying in a hotel. 3. Talk to lots of staff and residents before deciding. 4. Try one of their meals.

"Disappointing Care and Hidden Costs at Facility"
This place is not good. They say they’ll take you to your doctor’s appointments, but they don’t say it’s only within a 10-mile limit and just twice a week. The meals are really bad. My relative has been there for two months and hasn’t gotten any physical therapy yet. They promise to do lots for you, but then they charge extra for everything. Don’t send your loved one here; it’s really bad!

"Friendly Staff and Good Housekeeping, Food Needs Improvement"
The staff at this assisted living place is really great, very helpful and caring. The people who clean the rooms do a good job too. The food they serve could be better though. We chose this community because everyone here is so nice and the staff really seems to care about the residents. The place itself is really nice too. Overall, I think other families would like it here.

"Lacking Care and Comfort in Assisted Living"
The assisted living facility doesn’t have enough help-aides or a proper dining room. The food is terrible, and it’s very expensive. There’s no follow-up communication with management, and the rooms are poorly designed and chopped up.

"Friendly Staff and Flexibility Shine at Atria Merrimack Place"
We picked Atria Merrimack Place because it looked nice and seemed flexible. Dealing with COVID can be tough, but they’ve handled it well. The staff is super friendly and helpful. My advice: connect with the people in charge for an easier experience.

"Friendly staff and beautiful place, but no on-site doctors"
Our time has been during the pandemic. It is a beautiful place. The people are super friendly. The community doesn't have doctors on staff. I've had to hire extra help to care for my loved one.
