"Overcharging, Smoking Ignored in Assisted Living Facility"
My grandpa stayed at this facility until he had to go to the hospital. Later, he passed away there. Despite cleaning out his room within a week, the facility is trying to charge us for the whole month plus five days. Even though he was sharing a room, they're asking us to pay a full month's rent. His roommate would smoke all the time even though grandpa needed oxygen, and nobody did anything about it. The only good person there was the one in charge of activities.

Benchmark Senior Living is a nice place. They offer good services, activities, and food for residents. The community stays clean, and the staff are helpful when I have questions or concerns about my loved one. Games, trivia, and more are available for residents to enjoy. My loved one really likes the food.

"Nice place with great amenities, but not the right location"
I recently toured this community for my loved one and had no complaints. The staff were on time for our appointment and answered all my questions in detail. The place had a nice floor plan and lots of great amenities for the residents. In the end, it just wasn't the right location for us.

"Brother's move to assisted living went smoothly; satisfied and recommend."
My brother's move here was a big change, but he feels safe and well cared for. The staff is great and really understands his needs. The community is clean, meals are good, and activities are available when he wants. I'm happy with everything they've done.

The Benchmark Senior Living at Billerica Crossings is a pleasant place. It's older but well-maintained. The memory care unit being downstairs wasn't ideal for me. The location wasn't close to my loved one's friends and family, but overall, it's a nice community.
