"Family pleased with sister's comfortable, safe assisted living choice."
We're happy our sister lives comfortably and safely here. We chose it for its memory care and assisted living services. She helped us get her in quickly, which was important. We wished for a less expensive option but doubt we'd be as satisfied elsewhere.

"Mixed Experience: Good Care, Room for Improvement"
This place was pretty nice. My mom liked it a lot and was happy. They treated her well, but sometimes I had to speak up for her to get things done. Her Physical Therapy could have been better. But overall, it was okay. There were some really nice helpers who encouraged mom to move around a lot, which she enjoyed. They had a bunch of fun activities every day, and mom especially liked the exercise class. I'd tell my family and friends to check it out.

"Good Food and Staff, Some Challenges"
This place has been pretty good for us. We’ve faced some problems, but we’re managing. They have trouble finding enough staff and handling certain situations. Communication with families is okay. Housekeeping is fine, no problems there. The food is tasty, with good quality and variety. I’d likely recommend it to family and friends.

"Overall Great Atmosphere with Room for Improvement"
It's a really great place overall. The only thing is, family members always have to advocate for their loved ones, which is probably true anywhere. But the atmosphere is bright and feels like home. It's in a nice location with pleasant outdoor walking areas and a couple of patios. The activities are varied and keep the residents interested. I think they could add different activities based on what the residents want - I wish they would ask about that. But they really care about the residents. The staff are great. They could do better with the actual care they provide. But whenever we've raised concerns to management, they take them seriously and take the right action.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
My brother was really picky and unhappy there because he just wanted to go back home. He complained a lot about the food. The staff worked hard to get us in, but once we arrived, communication wasn’t great, and the warmth faded. My brother didn’t socialize, but I found the people pleasant. They set up his meds with PillPack, ensuring he got the necessary medications and help with showering.

"Quality Care in Well-Kept Facility"
It's pretty much what I anticipated for this field—the cost, everything. The care is excellent, and the facility is well-maintained. No complaints.

"Misled and Bullied at Assisted Living Facility"
I felt deceived after our visit and meeting at the assisted living place. They knew my loved one liked to roam and assured me it was okay. But two weeks in, I was flooded with complaints about him going into others' rooms. They then demanded I hire someone to personally watch him all day and night. Talks with the Care Director and Nursing Director felt like I was being pushed around. We've since switched him to a different senior care home, and it's much more peaceful and caring there.

"A Welcoming Assisted Living Community with Tasty Food"
In this assisted living community, we enjoyed movie nights, happy hour three times a week, and guest speakers. The woman who welcomed us was friendly, warm, and funny, making everything seem possible. The building's attractive layout compensated for the smaller room, and the food was delicious.

"Clean and Caring, but Price Jumps with More Care"
The place is really clean, and they handled Covid-19 well. The staff is nice and answers our questions. They have been great. The only problem is when my grandma needs more care, the price goes up a lot, which is tough because she has a fixed income. Other than that, everything is great.
