"Overall positive experience, but some issues with cleanliness and communication."
We really liked my dad's time at The Crossings in Leominster. He had dementia, and they were great at helping us with his care. My only two complaints were that Dad got sick with neurovirus about a month before he passed. We asked for the room to be disinfected, but it never happened. Also, after Dad passed away on a Saturday morning, we didn't receive any condolences from the director, who had been wonderful during Dad's stay.

"Mixed Feelings on Benchmark's Communication and Services"
I think Benchmark is nice. I like choosing services separately. Communication lacks, return calls are difficult.

We had a great tour at Benchmark, Leominster Crossings. The place was new and lovely. However, the apartments were too small for us.

"A Happy Home for Mom š”"
My mom has been at Leominster Crossings for 4 1/2 years. She often tells us how lucky she feels to be there. The residents are friendly, and the staff, including the nurses, take good care of her. At 102, sheās celebrated four birthdays here and always says, āI have everything here.ā Her happiness means the world to my siblings and me. We know sheās safe and well-cared-for.

"Couple Thrives with Personal Care at Benchmark Assisted Living"
I moved my husband to Benchmark recently. The staff are friendly, remember my name, and keep me updated about him via phone or email. Despite a tough decision, I'm pleased with the care at Leominster Crossing. Highly recommended!

"Unsatisfying Tour and No Single Rooms Available"
This place gave us a hurried tour that felt sloppy. They didn't have the single room we needed for my family member. All they had were shared rooms, and I didn't want my loved one sharing a room. The whole experience was unappealing because everything felt so rushed, and we couldn't really see things properly.

We picked Benchmark Senior Living for its proximity to momās old home and church. The welcoming atmosphere stood out among other options. Room sizes are spacious. Would recommend to others.

"Great place but pricey and limited on future care options"
Our tour was excellent, and I was impressed with the place. I really wanted this one because itās close to where we live. I also knew about the facility from my past work. The dining room seemed nice, and our loved one could join everyone there. The place itself was very nice, but there were two main concerns: it was more expensive, and they couldnāt move her to a different unit if her needs increased.
