"Great facility but too far for daily visits, unfortunately."

I visited Brightview North Andover and it was my top choice among all the places I checked out. But, I couldn't drive this far every day to see my loved one like I wanted to.

"Too Expensive for Independent Living Needs"

My mom stayed here for a short time but decided to move. The place was more for assisted living than independent living. It felt like living in a fancy hotel. The staff was amazing, very attentive and friendly. However, we felt we were paying for services mom didn't need, making it too expensive to stay. Plus, mom wanted more independence.

"Assisted Living Community Felt Like High-End Hotel"

My mom stayed here briefly but decided to leave. The place is more for assisted living, not independent. It's like living in a fancy hotel. The staff is super friendly and helpful. However, we felt we were paying for services Mom didn't really need, so it got too expensive. Plus, she wanted more independence.

"New Assisted Living: Welcoming Staff and Residents, Clean Environment"

This place is awesome! Everybody, from the workers to the folks living here, is super nice. It's all shiny and new, so it looks great outside and inside, super clean. My family member really enjoys going to the fun hangout times, chatting with others. And the food? They're loving it, especially the desserts!

"Wonderful Assisted Living Facility with Caring Staff and Engaging Activities"

This place is really nice and happy. The workers are always around, and they seem to really care about the people who live here. There's lots of stuff to do to keep people with memory problems busy.

"Clean and friendly place with good activities for seniors."

We visited here while exploring choices. It was neat and the staff was nice. They had fun things to do. In total, it didn't seem like a bad spot.

"Look Beyond the Exterior: Questionable Services for High Price"

The building itself is remarkable, reminiscent of a luxurious country club. Its outward appearance makes a great first impression. However, the day-to-day care doesn't live up to the initial allure. My mother was hastily sent to two separate far-away psychiatric wards due to her behavior. Her medication adjustments were delayed at BV, leading me to believe the staff lacks appropriate training to meet her needs. They put her in situations with other residents that exacerbated her behavior. Once any issues arose, we, her children, were asked to retrieve her, or they'd call an ambulance. It's an expensive amount to pay for questionable care. To add to the issue, BV continues to share information with other facilities, an action that seems inappropriate now.
