"Facility Lacks Communication - Unjust Removal of Loved One"

For the first few days, things were just okay. But then, they just stopped talking to us. They decided my family member couldn't live there and never told us. The only people they told were the hospital staff. I've left so many messages, but they never call me back. It's been weeks. The only thing I got was a refund in the mail. They didn't even bother to call me about my family.

"Spacious and Welcoming Assisted Living for Adventurous Seniors"

My dad uses a wheelchair and we really liked how much space there was at Brookdale. He enjoys moving around and going on adventures, and this place has plenty of room for him to do that. The size of his room is just right for what he needs. I haven't tried the food myself, but my dad seems to really enjoy it. Overall, our experience has been very good. He likes it here and is getting along well. The other people who live here are very friendly and welcoming. I would recommend it to others who are looking for a place like this.

"Great care close to home"

I’m glad my mom is in this community because the staff takes great care of her. The place is clean, and they serve lots of healthy meals. We like that she stays active with other residents. We would recommend the staff’s care to other families. It’s also nice that this community is close to home, so visiting her is easy.

I met with the owner at the facility and was really impressed. She was super helpful, honest, and sincere. The facility itself has a lot to offer. It made me feel much better about finding the right care and home for my mom.

I checked out this place for my mom. It was good. The people who work there were nice and friendly. The place looked nice, and it was clean. They were nice to me and my family. It was a good experience, and I liked it.

"Great help during the transition!"

We’ve had a great experience with them so far. This was the first place I took my mom to, and she wouldn't even go inside. One thing that impressed me was that one of the managers offered to send his outreach nurse to visit my mom at home. The nurse made a good impression on my mom, which I think helped her decide to visit the facility. They were very helpful in getting her in and making the transition to the right care level smooth.
