"Expensive and Mismanaged Assisted Living Facility"
This place is led horribly. They jack up prices without giving clear reasons why. They can't keep staff long, and the good reviews online are written by people who work here. I strongly advise against letting your family members stay here.

"Safe and Clean Assisted Living!"
The place is really clean, and the staff is friendly. The meals are just okay, but they cost a lot. I feel good because I know my mom is safe. She seems okay and happy, even though she still thinks she can go home. She’s eating well and starting to walk around the facility upstairs. She hasn’t really started socializing yet, but hopefully, that will change over time. She doesn’t remember why she’s there from day to day, but like I said, safety is our main focus for her. Based on our experience so far, I’d recommend this community to others.

"Inadequate Care and Professionalism at Assisted Living Facility"
The pricing at this facility was too high, considering the poor level of care provided. They were not equipped to carry out basic tasks such as taking vital signs or temperature. During my mother's final moments, the staff failed to provide comfort care, despite the presence of a hospice. To make matters worse, the nursing staff clocked out at 9 pm leaving patients in the hands of unqualified aides. The expectation was that I would stay and administer morphine to my mother every four hours. Seeing my mother's distress, I moved her to a more competent care center within an hour. To top it all off, my mother, who could only consume baby food, was offered a peanut butter and jelly sandwich with chips and a cookie. Such lack of sensitivity and professionalism is unacceptable and this facility shouldn't be allowed to operate.

"Residence at Freeman Lake: Clean, Caring, and Room for Improvement"
The Residence at Freeman Lake is super clean and well-organized. Their rooms are better than other places we checked out—they’re nicely set up with updated appliances. But sometimes, the care services aren’t consistent. When we ask for things, they might not happen right away. And the medication schedule can be a bit off. We get it, staffing can be tricky, but they should work on communicating better with families. It’d be great if they had an app or portal for daily updates on our loved ones. We haven’t tried the meals, but the chef seems awesome, and other residents love the food. Despite some hiccups, they’re pretty good overall.

"Poor Family Communication and Care at Assisted Living Facility"
We had a bad time in the memory care department. Workers were shouting at family members and they needed to talk to us more clearly. This wasn't a good experience for us at all. Just because they show us the care plan, doesn't automatically mean they're following it.

"Satisfying Activities, Cost Concerns in Assisted Living"
My family member enjoys the activities here, like church, card games, movie nights, and social gatherings. They also have special events such as outdoor music with family. Overall, I think this community is nice, but I worry about the price and some things seem too expensive.

Honest Evaluation
"Terrible Experience: Uncaring Facility with Poor Cleanliness"
Don't make the mistake of sending a loved one here - we did, and we seriously regret it. They don't care about the people who live here. There's no effort made to keep the place clean, or to tell the truth about it. It was shocking that we had to pay just to have our family member and their room cleaned. The staff were nice, but they weren't helpful. Honestly, I wish I could give this place a lower score. Don't let anyone convince you that it's a good idea to move a loved one into this horrible, uncaring facility. It's truly pathetic. I wouldn't even send my dog there.
