"Not Ideal for Us"
We toured this place in person. The tour was nice, but it wasn't right for our loved one. The biggest issue was the location. It's in an industrial park, so when you look out the windows, all you see are parking lots and factories. The surroundings weren't pleasant.

"Memory Care Section Under Construction; Overall Positive Experience Expected"
Our family visited the facility in person, and it was pleasant. The main part of the community looked really nice. However, the memory care area, where our loved one would have stayed, was being worked on, so it was a bit messy. We believe it's all done by now.

"Great facility but issues with money and rent increases"
The facility is great with excellent staff, good food, and fun activities. It was a great experience until our money ran out. We were promised this wouldn’t be a problem, but it was. We were told rent would be adjusted when money ran out, but it wasn’t. Instead, the rent was raised several times, and we were threatened with a lawsuit for one month’s payment.

"Unbalanced Atmosphere and Limited Entertainment: Not Suitable for All"
This place wasn't right for my dad. Picture a dining room filled with a bunch of women chatting nonstop about their day, while only a few men eat alone. And the movies they show at night? It's always old musicals from the 1940s, 'Gidget' movies, or (ugh!) Barbara Streisand. In the two years we were here, there was only one movie I could stand to watch (Black Beauty). The staff are nice and helpful, and the food is okay, but nothing special.

"Certainly More 'Mom-Friendly' than 'Dad-Friendly' Facility"
Just Not Suitable for Dad…. Picturing a dining hall where endless chatter of one hundred ladies discussing 'their day' fills the air as only four or five men eat by themselves. Then, each evening's 'entertainment' offers an endless stream of 1940s musicals, 'Gidget' flicks or, even worse, Barbara Streisand films. In two years' confinement, I've only been able to tolerate one movie (Black Beauty). The staff, though, are indeed courteous, reliable and the food is borderline mediocre.

"Friendly Staff and Great Care!"
The staff here is really friendly. It’s been great for me during this stage of my life. They take good care of us. I’ve gone on a few shopping trips, which was nice. The driver, is a very nice guy I like him. Over all, I have no complaints about this place they treat me very well.

"Good Experience Overall"
The staff here is really friendly. It's been great for me during this time in my life. They take good care of us. I've been on a few shopping trips, and it's nice that they offer this service. The driver, [Removed], is a very nice guy—I like him. Overall, I have no complaints or negative things to say about the place; they treat me very well.
