"Friendly Staff, Unhappy Residents, Cold Rooms"
Things that need work: The people living here should be able to adjust their own room temperatures all the time. The rooms and the place where we eat are way too chilly. Also, the carpet in the hallway is really dirty and looks old. It should be cleaned up or changed out. Something good to say: The people who work here are super nice. But, the folks living here don’t seem too cheerful.

"Facility Tour Disappoints, Falls Short on Cleanliness"
When I visited this place, it didn’t feel right to me. It wasn’t very clean at all. I wouldn’t pick this spot for someone I care about.

"Disappointing Tour and Unwelcoming Staff at Assisted Living Facility"
If it were possible to give them zero stars, I absolutely would. I advise against choosing them. One woman even tried to pet my service dog. Moreover, the person showing me around bluntly mentioned they didn't want me present. I strongly urge against them.

"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living Facility"
This place costs $4050 a month for a studio and $5750 a month for a one-bedroom. That includes meals and an hour and a half of care for things like medicine. They also give you an assessment from a registered nurse and a care plan, plus they'll take you to and from medical appointments and shopping. But there's a waiting list, and you have to put down $500 to get on it. Right now, there are five people waiting, and they could be waiting anywhere from 30 to 90 days. On top of that, there's a one-time community fee of $3500. They offer services from Verizon and Charter, and they clean your place and do your laundry every week, including towels and sheets.

I appreciate your feedback about the assisted living facility. It’s essential to consider various factors when choosing a place for your loved ones. Parking issues can indeed be frustrating, especially if they impact accessibility and convenience. If you’re still exploring options, you might want to check your state’s Department of Health website for information on violation history and regulations for adult care facilities1. Additionally, staffing challenges are prevalent in many assisted living communities, affecting overall care quality2. Remember to prioritize your brother’s well-being and safety during your search.

"Attentive Staff and Clean Environment Make It Recommendable Assisted Living"
My father-in-law got sick after just 3 weeks here. The staff noticed and told us. They're great - attentive, professional, and nice. The place is nice, clean, and well-kept. The food seemed good. It's close to our home, so we visit often. We would recommend them.

"Convenient Location and Adequate Care for Loved Ones"
We visited this place while searching for care for a family member. It wasn't a bad visit, though there are some areas that could be better. The care they offer met our loved one's needs adequately. Overall, it was okay, and we might think about it because it's close to our family.
