"Great place but too expensive"
We liked Keystone Place a lot, but it was really pricey. The tour guide was excellent, and the facility was great. The location was perfect too. The only problem was the high cost.

"Family pleased with gradual return of activities. No food complaints; good value."
From what we know, activities are slowly returning. Our loved one tends to complain, but hasn't said anything about the food, so it seems pretty good. We think our loved one is getting good value for their money.

"Reliable Care and Friendly Staff Make Residents Feel Secure"
The staff at this assisted living facility is really nice. They keep in touch well and give feedback. I feel sure my mom is looked after all the time. They communicate well, and I can always reach someone about my loved one.

"Keystone Place Review"
I had some concerns about the Memory Care unit at Keystone Place. The communication with the nursing and care staff was poor. They told me what they thought I wanted to hear instead of being honest. The screening process before entry was chaotic, and the options for medication management weren't explained well. Unfortunately, my husband became a danger to staff and other residents, and he was taken to the local hospital. Shockingly, nobody informed me that his lease had been terminated until a social worker gave me a low-level staff member's phone number. Despite reaching out to the Executive Director, I never received a call back. The Director of Health and Wellness did eventually call, but it was challenging to connect during my husband's two-week stay.

"Poor Communication and Safety Concerns in Memory Care Unit"
This review is mostly about the Memory Care unit. The staff didn't communicate well with me. They told me what they thought I wanted to hear instead of the truth. The screening before entry was messy. They didn't explain the options for managing medication clearly. Finally, my husband became a problem for the staff and maybe other residents. They had to take him to the hospital emergency department. Nobody told me they terminated his lease until a social worker at the hospital gave me a low-level staff member's number at Keystone Place. He said he couldn't give his full name. I tried to call the Executive Director, but they never got back to me. The Director of Health and Wellness called almost a week later, but it was hard to find them on-site or connect with them during my husband's two weeks there.

"Not Enough Space!"
I enjoyed the community, but my aunt's unit was too cramped for her. She likes to walk, but there wasn't enough room to stand up. The setup didn't suit her.

"Great staff, clean unit, check communication before choosing."
This place is pretty good overall, but they didn't let us know about some important stuff. The people who take care of my mom are really nice, and her room is always tidy. The food seems alright, and mom hasn't said anything bad about it. I think it's worth considering this place, but make sure they're good at telling you what's going on before you decide.
