"Meal Descriptions Inaccurate; Mail Service Friendly but Slow"
I moved in last October. The people who handle mail are nice but take a long time. The descriptions of the food aren't always right. For instance, they said it was prime rib but it turned out to be meatloaf. Sometimes I've waited more than 30 minutes after I ordered.

"Assisted Living Tour Feedback"
The tour was okay. The place seemed nice, no problems. I wanted somewhere closer. The tour guide didn't respond when I contacted her afterward. It felt like she wasn't very interested or caring, which worried me.

"Mixed Feelings on Assisted Living Amenities and Services"
We really like the building itself because it’s got everything: big kitchens, spacious homes, a warm swimming pool, and fancy common areas. But we’re not happy with the meals and the folks who serve them. The food doesn’t taste good, and it’s usually not hot. Plus, the servers aren’t friendly or well-trained. Cleaning services are just okay—they could clean our rooms better. The entertainment is nice, but we wish it happened more often.

"Tour for Mom"
We visited this place to check it out for my mom’s care. The staff were friendly and helpful when we asked about care. The location didn’t work for us at that time. The place looked clean, and they had tasty meals. We recommend other families take a tour.

"Look beyond the fancy finishes"
My parents stayed here for 5 years. The staff is friendly, but there's a lot of turnover. The building's location is good, but there's hardly any way to go outside except for a small patio. Sometimes I'd see residents walking along the road just to get a little outdoor exercise on nice days. Unfortunately, there are no sidewalks or longer walking paths. Their solution was to place a bench in a parking space with a potted plant and call it a new garden. They offer fitness classes, but they're all in the morning. The pool has very limited swim times. Sadly, there are no views of the Charles River from the common areas, although some apartments do have nice views. On the bright side, the food is very good, and there are often excellent performances in the evening. In the end, my parents decided to move to another facility after the eighth resident care director in a little over 3 years.

"Satisfactory Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
The place has been alright overall. It would be better if they encouraged my loved one to move around more. Handling the medicines hasn't always been smooth, and for what they charge, they could do better at following through. When I ate with my loved one, the food was good, and nobody had complaints. Their suggestions and pricing made us pick them.

"A Beautiful Place with Some Shortcomings"
This place was really nice and beautiful. My loved one lived there for nearly ten years. However, it became quite expensive—over five thousand dollars for a one-bedroom. They had activities, but I felt like there wasn't enough happening.
