"Responsive and Welcoming Assisted Living Facility"
They answered all our questions and helped us with moving in. They were quick to respond. The apartments are really nice and well maintained. They have a schedule of activities posted; there's something for everyone. I would suggest it to others.

"Services Lacked, Opted for Different Community"
Methuen was a pleasant place, but they lacked the services my loved one required. We chose another community.

"Family-Friendly Care with a Few Location Considerations"
The people who work at Methuen Village were really nice and spent a lot of time with us. The residents looked happy too. We didn't have any problems with them. The main reason we didn't pick them first is because the location wasn't perfect for our family.

"Nice tour but felt crowded and costly"
We toured Methuen Village and had a nice tour. They answered all our questions. It is a smaller community with about 22 residents, so it felt more crowded than some bigger places we saw. It didn't seem as clean, they charged extra for laundry, and it was more expensive, so we chose another facility.

"Affordable and Convenient Assisted Living with Caring Staff"
We picked Methuen Village because it was affordable and conveniently located between all the siblings. It was easy for everyone to reach. They served Mediterranean food, which was healthy; overall, the meals were pretty good. One thing Dad liked was the entertainment brought in for residents; he always looked forward to that. He wished there were more activities geared toward men since he wasn't into gardening or painting. My sister and I visited 2-3 times a week, so we got to know the staff well. Overall, we had good experiences with them; they really tried with Dad and were kind and responsive. I would definitely recommend this place.

"Great Transition and Good Value"
We knew Methuen Village before my mom moved in because she stayed there when we went on vacation. She got to know the staff, and they got to know her. This made moving in much easier. I haven't seen many other places, but I think Methuen Village is a good value. They are very accommodating.

"Mom Thriving in Cozy Community with Friendly Staff"
My mom used to live in a really nice place, but she needed more independence, so we moved her here, and it was the best decision for her. This community is smaller, which makes it feel more like home. Mom is getting out more and doing more activities. I haven't asked her about the food, but I think she likes it because she's gaining weight. The staff here is wonderful and very friendly.

"Assisted Living Facility Caution: Reviewer's Mom Fell Twice"
Be sure to read their contract carefully. In less than a month, my mom fell twice while she was under their care. This is not acceptable. She ended up in the hospital and was never well enough to return to the home.
