"Mixed Staffing Experience but Overall Great Assisted Living Facility"
There aren't always enough staff for [name removed], and the aids don't always come on time. But the people in red shirts, the dinner crew, and the front door staff are all really great. So, it's a really nice place overall. I'd say it's a great place and I would tell others about it.

"Facility Review: Nice, Well-Kept Place with Friendly Staff and Good Food"
This place is nice and well maintained. The staff are friendly and the meals are good. It's a good deal for what you get. They used to hire another company, which wasn't very good. Now they have a new one. Unfortunately, my father passed away in September, so I don't know how good the new company is.

"Great food and activities, but staff can be pushy"
My loved one lives in this assisted living facility. It’s important to know that there’s no emergency medical care on-site, and you need to have your own doctor. They do offer some medical services, like a podiatrist. In case of an emergency, they call 911 but can’t help beyond that. The service staff can be a bit pushy and prefer things done their way. They might be grumpy if you don’t follow their rules, but they are caring. They keep good track of the residents. The activities are good, the food is fabulous, and my loved one is doing well. They also have a low vision group and equipment for those with vision problems.

"Lovely Community, Too Large for Comfort"
This place seemed really nice, but it felt too big for my loved one. It was kind of overwhelming for me, so I figured it would be the same for her. It was nice, just too big.

"Staff care and good food make a big difference"
The staff here have been really helpful. They've listened to everything we've said and answered all our questions. They've also tried hard to get our loved one involved. She's actually eating now, which is great since she barely ate when she was living alone. So, the food must be pretty good. I would recommend New Horizons to other families.

"Great Community with Helpful Staff and Lots of Activities"
Hi, New Horizons staff is really helpful and dedicated to making things right. They listen and do their best to fix any issues. The community has many activities and trips, so you can pick what interests you. In the 420 building, there were plenty of chances to talk to and meet other independent people. I recently moved to the new villas because they have a patio. There’s a lot to do and participate in here. Also, potential residents usually get to talk to someone who already lives here to get answers from a non-staff person. Choosing this place was a great decision for me. Thanks for all your help,

"Informative Tour with Small Apartment Concerns"
I toured New Horizons in Marlborough recently. The staff, provided helpful information during the tour. The facilities were clean, and I received a brochure detailing programs and amenities. My only concern was the apartment size for my in-laws.

"Not the Right Fit: Seeking Dog-Friendly Retirement Community"
Seems like this place doesn't fit what I want. I don't want senior housing; I'm looking for a retirement community with walking trails, activities, and the ability to walk dogs.
