"Inadequate Care And Support At Overpriced Facility"
Be certain it's the right place for your loved ones. Even though they said it was okay to admit him, they couldn't provide the care he needed. We ended up paying a huge amount of money up front, only to move him out in less than a year. The support and help they offered were unsatisfactory.

"Lovely facility, great staff, pricey with added charges for extras."
I liked everything about Putnam Farm except the cost. The building is beautiful, and the director we met was great. However, it's quite expensive because there are extra charges for everything, not just one fixed price.

"Caring Staff, Communication Concerns"
I've had a problem with the nurses. They don't return my calls about questions or concerns for my loved one. This makes me frustrated. It happens about once a week or once every other week. There was a medical concern that the community didn't follow up on. My loved one feels safe, peaceful, and content. That makes me happy. Kathy and Sandy have been amazing. Many other staff members are also great! They are very friendly and hospitable. Priscilla was wonderful and provided excellent help.

"Unwelcoming Tour Guide at Pricey Assisted Living Disappointed Us"
The person who was supposed to show us around was not friendly. When they learned about our money situation, they didn't want to give us a tour. This place costs more than we wanted, and they didn't let us in.

This place is nice, and they take good care of my mom. The staff is really helpful and attentive. Mom is starting to get involved in the community. The food is pretty good, and she’s well cared for here. It’s a clean community, and overall, I’d recommend it.

"Happy with Mom's New Home"
My mom's in a nice place. They take good care of her and help her out. The staff's really nice and they pay attention to her. She's starting to join in with others. The food's not bad at all. They're taking good care of her here. The place is nice and clean, they do a good job keeping it that way. Overall, I'd say this place is good. I'd recommend it.

"Impressed by tour, no openings then."
We toured this community when we were looking for care options for a loved one. We were impressed by what we saw and liked it a lot! It was a clean, well-kept place, and the staff was very friendly and professional. Unfortunately, they didn't have any openings when we visited, but it's definitely a place worth checking out.

It's been great! We haven't had any worries, and the place is really nice. There have been some small things, but that's just normal. I am very thankful we found this place. My mother is actually more active than she has ever been. It's been a Godsend!

"Impressive Homey Atmosphere and Accommodating Staff at Putnam Farm"
After touring several places, we picked Putnam Farm for my parents. We liked how cozy it felt, the friendly staff, how clean it was, and the awards it got. It's only been a week, so we can't say much yet. But all the staff we've met have been super helpful.

We visited this spot while searching for a place for my Mom's memory care. It looked really nice, but it was pricey, more than others we checked out. We chose a different place eventually, but we didn't have any issues with this one except for the cost.

It was pretty good. My wife's aunt stayed there. It cost a bit more than other places we checked out for my mom. The folks there were really friendly.
