"Mom left after a week, extra costs, hard to reach staff"
My mom went to Rivercourt for help, but they said she had to leave and see a doctor. They told us to get a private nurse too, which cost more money. It was really tough to talk to the nurse boss. So, we found another place for Mom, and it’s way better. We wouldn’t tell anyone to go to Rivercourt.

"Convenient Facility, Slightly Remote for Our Preferences"
The facility is really nice. It’s just a bit far from where we need to be.

"Friendly Community with Decent Food"
My family members are doing okay since they moved here. They've made friends with other residents. The food is decent, but they wish for larger portions. The place is kept clean, and everyone is friendly. Overall, it's a nice community.

"Positive Experience with Caring Staff and Engaging Activities"
We really like this community. The staff are very caring and the place is always kept very clean. My dad enjoys many of the activities here, which is surprising because he usually doesn't join in. He especially likes Bingo, the music sessions, and when guests come to sing songs from the 50s. He also loves the weekly field trips they organize. While he generally likes the food and the variety offered, there have been a few times when he needed more one-on-one attention from the staff and they weren't available. Overall, I would recommend this community for its care and value.
