"Bracket: "Worst Assisted Living Facility; Neglectful Staff, Unhealthy Conditions, Poor Food""
This spot is downright awful. The facility is falling apart, with a massive roof leak that has caused a mold issue for nearly ten years. The team, for the most part, is laughable, bar a few capable certified nursing assistants (CNAs). Upper management seems more interested in slacking off than hiring responsible individuals, instead employing drug users who partake while on the job. The so-called "air conditioning" is nothing more than filthy units from a mold-infested basement, reused each summer potentially making residents ill. The CNAs are burdened with cleaning and medication distribution duties, inevitably leading to uncleanliness and medication mistakes. As for their meals, the food is low grade and poorly prepared. Despite claims of gluten free options, residents had to supply their own gluten free ingredients for meals. Without question, this place is the absolute worst option for your loved ones. Stay away!

"Totally Unhappy: High Price, Low Quality"
Completely dissatisfied. They demand $3,000 to $3,500 each month, but still have their residents shop for clothes at Good Will. Their in-ground pool is either closed or not cared for and they only offer a treadmill for exercise. Considering the high cost of living here, the residents deserve a lot better!

"Poor Maintenance and Unsuitable for My Mom"
I wasn't happy with how they handled snow and ice in their parking lot. Considering how old the place is, it clearly needs many repairs. I wouldn't be comfortable putting my mother there.

"Homey Facility with 28 Residents Close to My House"
Lovely! There are 28 residents, and it's close to my house. The only problem is they don't help with getting dressed. It feels very homey.
