"Sunrise Tour Impresses, Location Falls Short"
Our family visited Sunrise of Norwood in person, and we enjoyed the community and overall tour. Unfortunately, the location wasn't right for our loved one.

"Feels Like Home with Friendly and Professional Staff"
Sunrise of Norwood is a really nice place. It feels like home. The staff are super friendly. The director would visit with our loved one and our family, and we liked spending time with her and her assistant. The staff were also very professional.

"Communication and Trust Issues at Assisted Living Facility"
We haven't had a great experience here. Don't bring anything valuable – my mom's jewelry and clothes were stolen. They don't take good care of her belongings, and laundry gets mixed up. I have to bathe her myself, and she's had many UTIs. The staff is untrustworthy, and communication is poor.

"Clean rooms needed, but knowledgeable staff and good tour."
We liked the Sunrise of Norwood when we visited. The person showing us around knew a lot and answered all our questions. But, we didn't like that they showed us a messy room that someone had just moved out of. They should show clean rooms instead.

"A Caring Home"
This community seemed well-established, with many original residents. It was clean, and the menu looked appealing. The staff answered my questions, and the residents seemed comfortable and happy. It felt like a home. I recommend other families tour this community for their loved one's care.

My mom is doing great at this place. It's nice and everyone's friendly and helpful. I get along well with the staff, who take good care of her. Overall, it's been a really good experience.

"Mixed Feelings About Sunrise of Norwood"
Neil is really nice. Everyone there liked him. The staff seemed genuinely happy. There are nice places to sit and the grounds are beautiful. But the rooms are a bit old and very small, with hardly any closet space. If you're in memory care, you can't use the whole house, so that doesn't help much. The care they offer is great, but they don't tell you much about the prices upfront. The biggest problem is that if there's an emergency, you have to go to Norwood Hospital, which is a deal breaker.

"Decent Care"
My mom might not have been the best fit there; she needed more than they could provide. The staff seemed pretty attentive to most residents, and overall care was between a three and a four out of five.

"Preparing Mom's Room"
Even though Mom hasn't moved in yet, the atmosphere feels incredibly warm and vibrant. The beautiful house, friendly staff, and elegant tea party in the conservatory left a great impression. The residents seem wonderful too.

"Nice facility, but care ends with your money."
This facility looks great but only cares until your money's gone.

"Great Place,"
I have been here and love it, but they don't have skilled nursing.
