"New Management at Sunrise Lacks Previous Efficiency"
Sunrise experienced a management shift at their Weston center. The new management doesn't have the same skill or orderliness as their predecessors. Frequently, over half the residents gather in a large room, many of whom are at risk of falling, but there's no staff member present. This can create an unsafe environment for those who are prone to falling. Furthermore, if residents require help, like for bathroom use, there might be no one around to assist. The center is rather compact and feels homely.

"Housekeeping is Wonderful!"
The cook serves a fantastic menu for every meal, offering lots of different options for residents. The housekeeping team does an amazing job keeping my mom's room clean and tidy. Plus, there are plenty of fun activities for residents all day long.

"Far Drive and Hesitant Nurse Make Assisted Living Facility Unappealing"
Visiting the assisted living place from Stow was too far for my daughter and made it difficult for her. She did mention that the spaces were pretty good. However, the nurse who checked us in didn't seem too confident that Virginia could pass the required medicine test, which I probably wouldn't pass either. It wasn't a great day for my Daughter to visit either because she was recovering from a painful root canal surgery she had that same day. Despite giving the Sunrise facility a full two hours to show us around and convince us, we just didn't feel like it was the right place.

"Great care in a smaller, attentive community—highly recommend!"
We liked this community because it’s smaller, so Mom gets more individual attention, which she needs. So far, we’re happy with this place, and Mom seems to be doing well. The caregivers are friendly and helpful. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for care!

"Nice care, small place, limited social opportunities"
This community gives good care and looks nice, but it's smaller than we wanted for my Aunt. There aren't many residents, and even fewer at my Aunt's level, so her social interactions were limited.

"Great small place with personal care"
We really liked this smaller community because it felt like Mom would get more personal attention, which she needs. So far, we're pleased with it, and Mom seems to be doing well. The caregivers have been very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for care!

"Good care, lacking social interactions"
This community takes good care of its residents and looks nice. However, it's smaller than what we wanted for my Aunt. There aren't many people living here, and even fewer are at the same functional level as my Aunt, so her social interactions are limited.
