"Not Ideal for Active Seniors"
If your family member enjoys socializing, staying active, or requires additional assistance like physical therapy or morning help, The Arbors might not be the right fit.

"Staff Shortage on Weekends Affects Memory Care"
If you are in the memory care unit, there aren't enough staff members on the weekends. The meals are good and they offer two choices for lunch and dinner. If a resident doesn't want to go eat, it's more relaxed on the weekends because of the staffing. The activities staff are very caring. Overall, I feel there aren't enough staff members.

"Great place, but unsure about location"
New facility with big rooms. It's still under construction, but everyone we met was very caring and helpful with our tricky situation. We're not sure if the location will work for us, though.

"Avoid This Facility: More Concerned with Profit Than Safety"
Avoid it! They just want your cash, not to care for your family member. It's clear they care more about profit. Plus, it likely turned out for the better. They only have 2 aides for all 80 residents, which just isn't safe.

"Unsafe Facility: Insufficient Staff and Profit Driven"
Avoid this place! They're all for taking your cash, but they don't really care for your family member. They are too focused on profit. Besides, maybe it's a good thing we left, considering there are only two aides for 80 residents. Doesn't seem safe to me.
