"Good Staff and Activities, but Food Needs Improvement"
My loved one lives at The Arbors and overall things have been okay. The staff is really friendly. They have activities and try to keep the residents busy. The care services are good. My only complaint is the food quality.

My loved one lives at The Arbors at Stoneham. Overall, it's decent but needs more staff. The Memory Care director is kind and addresses issues. There have been problems with showers, bathroom cleanliness, and laundry due to short staffing. The current staff are friendly and engage with residents. Food quality could be better. Activities are suitable, and facility-wide gatherings occur daily. Events attended were enjoyable. Despite some issues, I would recommend this facility.

"“Friendly, clean assisted living with convenient location.”"
My family member lives at The Arbors at Stoneham. Overall, it’s been good. The staff is friendly, and the place is kept clean. The meals are okay. It’s like an apartment where families can visit during certain hours. It’s not a Nursing Home; it’s Assisted Living, which is different. The location is great for us since it’s in our town. I can’t compare the cost to anything else.

"Great place with responsive staff and helpful transition support"
We like this place and feel it's right for my loved one. Sometimes, it took a bit longer for staff to get back to me than I expected. But the community helped us with getting our loved one settled in and told us how long the adjustment might take. The staff respond well to my loved one's needs. I’d recommend this place to others for their loved ones.

"Assisted Living Facility: Friendly Staff, Varied Meals, All-Inclusive Pricing"
The staff is very friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. Meals vary; mostly chicken and pasta. All-inclusive pricing was a major factor in choosing this community. No extra fees.

"Bright, Cheerful Facility with Great Care and New Chef"
My family member has only been here for a short while, but everything seems to be going well. They recently got a new chef, and the caregivers have been excellent. The staff I worked with when we first arrived were also fantastic. The community is clean, and the grounds are well-kept. Since this is a newer facility, it feels bright, cheerful, and welcoming as soon as you walk in.
