"Nice Facility, but Staff Theft Issue Needs Addressing"
This is a great place with a wonderful staff, but one person stole my mom's credit card and tried to use it. I haven't heard anything more about that incident. Other than that, the facility is really nice and the people are friendly. We haven't had any other problems, but it's really upsetting to think someone would steal from a senior resident.

"Caring Community with Good Communication"
The community takes great care of my loved one. Staff communication is good, and they keep us informed. I recommend this place to others.

"Nice place, but staff and med tracking need improvement."
A really nice place, beautifully decorated. The staff I met wasn't as impressive, and I wish they used technology for keeping track of meds. If I hadn't seen [another place] first, I'd probably have been more impressed.

"Beautiful Community, but Care Needs Improvement"
The Arbors is a pretty building, and it looks nice. They've done a great job keeping it up. But the most important thing is how they take care of people. I think they need more staff and should pay closer attention to patients' needs. Sometimes the staffing isn't consistent. They do offer activities and encourage participation. The food is really good too. Overall, things are okay, but I'm not very impressed with the leadership. Their hiring and training processes could be better. They've had some staff turnover recently, and I hope things improve. Maybe paying employees more competitively would help attract better talent. I want to be fair in my review, and while things aren't terrible, there's room for improvement.

"Clean and Well-Maintained Facility"
The Arbor was a typical tour. They showed us the highlights and answered all my questions. The place was clean and well-kept, but we found another community that was a better fit for my loved one's needs.
