"Great staff and meals, but onboarding needs improvement"

The onboarding process could be better. We had to fix a few issues in the first weeks, like laundry, hair washing, and family visits, which should have been sorted out sooner. However, the staff are wonderful, housekeeping is excellent, and the meals are top-notch. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

"The Arbors at Taunton: A Welcoming Place"

Overall, The Arbors at Taunton is a really nice place. It's clean and tidy, and the staff is friendly. We feel safe here. They've done a great job getting her involved in activities and appreciating her help with other residents. The cost can be a shock, but she's content and not looking to leave. Different people have different needs, and this location works well for her abilities right now. I recommend considering it based on potential tenants' needs. I can't find anything negative to say—they're great to deal with!

"Great Care and Friendly Atmosphere with Some Cleaning Opportunities"

The people who work at The Arbors at Taunton are really nice and always have activities for the residents. They even let family come too, which is cool. The place could be cleaner though. Some of the chairs and carpets have stains that need to be taken care of. But overall, they seem to really care about the residents and making sure they're okay. I think they're a good choice because their prices are fair compared to others.

"Cozy, round facility with attentive staff highly recommended"

What stood out about The Arbors at Taunton was its round shape. It felt quaint and cozy, not big and spread out. The staff, who have a tough job, always take time to listen to questions and concerns. They try hard to fix any issues, which we appreciate. I highly recommend The Arbors.

"Elderly dorm vibe, pricey. Opted for another community."

The Arbors felt like old folks' dorms. Too expensive. We chose elsewhere.

"Impressive Tour, But Not the Right Fit for Our Needs"

We visited this community and were really impressed. who showed us around, was amazing! He made us feel much better about moving my loved one to a new place. We decided on another community because The Arbors didn’t meet all of my loved one's needs. **Headline:**

"Headline: Poor Service and Neglected Concerns at Expensive Arbors Facility"

The Arbors is really pricey, but they can't seem to find enough people to help the residents. I make food for my Mom all the time since she's been living there for a couple of years, and I always make extra. I tell the nurses and leave notes to make sure they give my mom the leftovers. But, they always seem to ignore them or forget, and my poor Mom never gets to eat her favorite homemade meals. The folks who run the place, including the head person, act like they're doing you a solid just by doing their job. There have been times when my Mom didn't get her meds, and to top it all off, stuff keeps getting stolen. When I raise these issues with the leaders, they just let it slide instead of solving it. It got worse when her fridge broke and instead of changing it, they stuck a huge bucket inside to catch leaky brown water. I wouldn't tell anyone to put their loved ones in this place.

"Assisted Living Facility Falls Short on Activities and Staffing"

I didn't feel too impressed with this place. The person selling it had a nice talk, and the boss seemed nice and understanding. But most of the time, the folks staying there are just stuck in their rooms. There's not much going on, not many things for them to do. I think they need more people working there, overall.
