"Mixed Experience at The Arbors at Westfield"
My loved one lives at The Arbors at Westfield and overall, it's been good. Most staff are friendly and helpful. Maintenance is slow. Her apartment is too hot. Move-in and communication are okay. I might recommend it.

"Assisted Living Facility Review: Mixed Experience with Facilities and Staff"
The Arbors seemed like an old hotel with folks in wheelchairs napping in the lobby. The rooms were nice, but the long walk on carpet wasn't good for wheelchairs. Also, the formal greetings from residents made it feel more like a typical "old people" place. I liked the pretty upstairs porch, but they said residents didn't use it much. I guess they worried it would make them feel isolated? The salespeople were way better than at the Arbors. At the Arbors, they kept saying, "we don't do that. Maybe it was because of the person giving me the tour, but the attitudes were totally different.

"Small but lacking staff; felt could provide better care."
My family member stayed in this place. It's a nice small community with not much happening. I think they didn't have enough staff, and sometimes I felt like I could take care of my loved one better than they did.

"Love this place!"
I love the Arbors at Westfield! The staff is great, the place is beautiful, and the food is better than most places. Everyone I’ve met really cares about their work and the well-being of the residents. It’s so much better than where my aunt and uncle lived before. I’m very thankful I could get them in there.
