"Poor Service and Unresponsive Staff at Assisted Living Facility"
Avoid this assisted living home for elderly family members! My 95-year-old mom prepaid for a two-week break and chose multiple service options. They promised a response within 10 minutes if she rang her call bell. Plus, we requested a nursing assistant to check on her every 2 hours, around the clock. The first weekend was a huge disappointment - all planned activities were canceled! The residents had no choice but to stay in their rooms with nothing to do all Saturday and Sunday. Worse still, for three nights in a row, my mom rang her call bell for help. No one showed up for over 45 minutes each time. She was forced to use her medical alert button when she got stuck in her room with a dirty bed. We found out that only one nursing assistant was available for the whole floor at night. She neglected to check on my mom every couple of hours and was too busy to attend to the call bell. We ended up hiring a private caregiver to stay with her for the following two nights. This cost us an extra each night. For the sake of her safety, we decided to take her home three days before the prepaid period ended. The worst part? They are refusing to refund her for those unused days. It's best to look for another facility.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
At first, everything seemed great, but now it's just okay. We feel lonely sometimes because of the pandemic, so there aren't many activities, and the food is really bad. But the staff are amazing, and the place is super clean. Right now, I wouldn't suggest it, but maybe later.
