The Branches of North Attleboro

"Branches is mostly good, but the nursing director had issues."
The helpers and activity team were great and took good care of my Dad. The nurse [name] was also very nice. But I had problems with the nursing director. She was hard to reach, didn't respond much, and once said my dad had 'bad manners.' That shocked me, especially since he has dementia. Overall, I'd recommend Branches, but the nursing director wasn't good.

"Nice place, but costly"
Our first impression of the community was great, except for the cost. The facility has no help for getting benefits if our loved one's money runs out. Our loved one needs the highest, most expensive care level, and sadly, when their money is gone, we will have to move them. However, the place is really nice.

"Great staff and activities, food could be better."
We picked this place for its location and availability. The room was a good size for my uncle. The food was varied but felt more like institutional food, so he wasn’t too happy with it. What I liked most was the staff; they were wonderful to my uncle. The facility also offered activities, and the food was better than usual. We could even take him out to dinner once a week. I’d recommend The Branches of North Attleboro for anyone in this situation.

"Mixed Feelings About The Branches"
I talked to the staff about my mom’s needs, and she explained The Branches’ amenities. During the tour, I noticed the open downstairs living area and spacious dining room. There’s a patio visible through the back windows. The private studio connects to the neighbor’s living space, which is new to me. It might help residents explore the community, but I’m unsure if it’s right for Mom. I plan to bring her for a visit to see how she reacts.

"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living Setup"
I talked to [name removed] about my mom's needs, and she explained The Branches' amenities. During the tour, I noticed the open downstairs living area and spacious dining room. There's a patio visible through the back windows. The private studio connects to the next-door neighbor's space, which is new to me. It might help residents explore the community, but I'm unsure if it's right for Mom. I plan to bring her for a visit to gauge her reaction to this concept.

"Dad Feels Safe"
This is a brand-new place where my dad feels right at home. The staff is friendly and attentive, making sure he takes his medicine and participates in daily activities. His cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment with a shared kitchenette is easy to maintain. Housekeeping comes weekly, and there’s a lovely patio area. They serve three tasty meals a day, plus snacks. I recommend it to families.

"Great facility with friendly, professional staff and good activities"
My mom lives here on the memory care side. The facility is new, so there aren’t many residents yet. It’s a nice place, and they’re helping her adjust well. The food is good, and they offer different choices for her. They have activities like crafts, exercise, day trips, and games. Overall, it’s a great place with friendly and professional staff. I definitely recommend it.
