"Mixed Feelings About The Residence at Five Corners"
Moving my loved one to The Residence at Five Corners resulted in unexpected changes in management and staff. Even the head nurse considered leaving. Thankfully, the nurse currently in charge is excellent. However, the costs for extra assistance are steep. Our loved one isn't adjusting well and seems unhappy and withdrawn. Her difficulty in communicating and engaging with other residents is concerning. We had hoped the staff would encourage her participation in community activities. While the facility itself is nice, the frequent changes in leadership raise questions about its future. We're uncertain about what lies ahead.

"Poor Service and Food, Frequent Staff Changes, Lackluster Activities"
Review: At first, it seemed really great. But then, the assistance and care services began to drop in quality. Also, they serve hotdogs and beans on paper plates every Saturday. Can you believe they actually kicked out an 81-year-old because I complained about them? The director, whose name I removed for privacy reasons, actually gave my mother eviction papers. It seems like they can't keep the same staff for more than a few days at a time. Want intellectually challenging activities? All they've got is bingo.

"Great Staff and Nice Place!"
I recommend The Residence. The staff is great, but it's a bit pricey. Still, it's a nice place to live!

"Amazing care and activities my mom loves living here!"
My mom lives here, and I can't praise this place enough. From the receptionist to the caregivers, aides, and even the restaurant staff, everyone is incredibly kind and caring. They offer many activities so the residents stay engaged. The atmosphere is filled with kindness, and it shows in everything they do. I'm really thankful to have found such a great place for my mother. She loves it there.

"Assisted Living Facility Falls Short in Medical Care"
The building is really nice and clean. The Memory Care part always looks good too. But, they're not great at handling residents with medical issues.

This place doesn't work for us because it doesn't have independent living.

"Clean Facility with Friendly Staff, But Too Far From Family"
I really liked this place when I visited. I thought it could be good for my dad. But then I realized it's far from our family, which wouldn't work. It seemed just like other places I've seen. During my short tour, I saw nice staff and everything was really clean. Overall, it was a good visit.
