"Short-Staffed Assisted Living with Unhealthy Food Choices"
The staff is friendly, but they often don’t have enough people working. Sometimes I had to help my mom with her shower and pajamas at night. They served French fries a lot instead of healthy veggies, and the food wasn’t very nutritious. She ate hot dogs often, even though she didn’t really like them.

"Consider Asking More About Care Services"
If you’re thinking about this place for someone you care about, make sure to ask a bunch of questions to see if they can really provide all the help your family member needs. They couldn’t give all the care that was needed during our time here. Every day, there were three meals served, and the folks living here had different options to pick from. The activities were pretty calm and low-key. There wasn’t any music during the activities, which would have made it nicer. It’d be great if there was more fun and energy when they interact with the people living here.

"Diverse Care, Thankful Heart"
This place is good. It’s really tough for them to care for all the different types of patients they have. They are doing well. I thank them every time I leave for doing what they do because I took care of my parents for many years.

"Clean, inviting facility great choice for families"
What impressed us right from the start was the facility itself. It’s very clean, open, and welcoming. From our family’s experience so far, we’d recommend this place to other families searching for a good home for their loved ones.

"Friendly Assisted Living with Great Activities and Staff!"
This place has lots of fun activities, like bingo, chair aerobics, and a walking club. They also do arts and crafts, especially during the holidays. Game and movie nights are a hit too. The staff is friendly, especially the engagement director. The food is great, and the chef is amazing. They even cater to our loved one’s specific preferences. Overall, it’s a nice place with caring caregivers.

"Caring and Safe Environment Despite Lockdown Challenges"
My mom stayed at The Residence during most of the lockdown. From what I've heard, things went well. They worked really hard and kept us informed about how they're keeping everyone safe. Every week, they send us updates about their actions and let us know if there were any cases. They tested all the residents twice to be sure who had COVID-19. They've been kind to us and our family. They try to take my mom out of her room when they can, but they make sure she stays safe. The director always answers my questions quickly and cares a lot.
