"Disappointing Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
It's not really what we expected. The food isn't good, and there aren't many things to do.

"Convenient and Spacious Assisted Living with Room for Improvement"
We picked this place since it’s newer and near my home. The rooms are big. The food tastes like from a cafeteria. Sometimes, the choices weren’t great for older folks. Overall, I’d suggest The Residence at Vinnin Square.

"Steer Clear of The Residence: Declining Care and Theft Reports"
When we first brought grandma here, we were amazed. The place was clean and modern, full of nice families. But as time passed, things got worse. We were strongly advised to transfer grandma to the "Reflections" section by the staff. The caregivers in this section disregard the needs of the elders. On one occasion, a staff member lost her patience and forced a resident to eat what she grabbed from the kitchen at mealtime. There are also many allegations of staff stealing from the seniors. Nothing can change my mind, stay away from The Residence.

"Wonderful care and community at Vinnin Square for our dad"
Our dad had been with our step-mother for 42 years before she sadly passed away this year. We were concerned about him and wanted him to be around people he could enjoy and in a place where he would be cared for. Choosing Residence at Vinnin Square for Dad has been a fantastic decision. The staff, from management to direct care, have been amazing with him. We can’t name everyone, but you all know who you are, and we are so thankful Dad is now a resident here. The atmosphere is warm and family-oriented, with freshly cooked meals and plenty of activities to keep residents engaged all day. The engagement director and her team are always coming up with new ways to keep everyone busy, so there’s rarely any idle time. The place is new, beautifully decorated, and very clean, from the common areas to the individual apartments. As soon as you enter, the front desk staff greet you with professionalism and kindness. Special thanks to the front desk team! The management is excellent and makes sure each resident is safe and happy. They also treat families like they are part of the extended family. The only downside is that the food is a bit pricey for family members visiting, but the quality and the service make it easier to handle. Thank you, Residence at Vinnin Square, for taking such good care of our dad. He has adjusted well, made many new friends, and we’re glad to be part of the Residence family ourselves.
