"Assisted Living: Decent, with Room for Improvement"
The assisted living facility is decent, but it lacks strong leadership. The management seems more focused on budget than day-to-day operations. The recruiter exaggerates the place, especially when it comes to food. Overall, it's a friendly community with room for improvement. Make sure to thoroughly explore it before deciding.

"Assisted Living Review: Good Food, Friendly Staff, Communication Improvements Needed"
The Residence has tasty food and friendly staff. They offer many activities, though not everyone joins. Communication could improve; residents often miss updates without asking.

""Poor Communication, Good Meals, Friendly Staff and Clean Environment""
My family hasn't received any communication from the center about the services required for my family member when they return to the community. The meals served here have been tasty for my relative. The staff here are nice and the place is tidy.

"This Place Shouldn't Even Be Open"
I can't even rate this place. I know because I've seen what goes on there, they just don't fix things that are wrong. It's like they really don't care at all. I'm gonna move my mom outta there real quick.

"Nice community but too far and expensive for Grandma."
The community was nice, and everyone was helpful. They answered all our questions. But it was too far away for Grandma, and the cost was high. Everything else was good and very nice.

"Lovely Place, Great People, Bit Pricey, Wish I Could Stay"
I thought the place was really nice. It was a bit too expensive for us, but everyone I met was awesome, and the place was super clean. I wish I could live there!

"Informative Guide!!"
The Residence at Watertown Square was a neat and well-maintained place. The staff was friendly, and the tour guide was knowledgeable. Although it didn't meet our needs, it was still nice. They had nurse care and free transportation. I'd recommend a tour to families looking for a good community.

"Lil Finds a New Home and Loves It"
It seemed impossible to get Lil to move anywhere. She kept saying, "I'm staying right here." Our options were running out, and time was slipping away. Teresa, the sales and marketing director, stepped in to help. She made Lil feel comfortable and laid out the facts. Teresa asked Lil to "come and live at my place, just give it a try." Lil agreed to move in, and she hasn’t regretted it. She’s well taken care of, and we’re happy too.

"New, clean facility with friendly staff and great activities"
The facility is new, bright, and clean. The rooms and furniture are really nice. Though it was a short stay, the staff was friendly, attentive, and wore nice uniforms. They had daily activities like movies and bowling. It was good for memory care residents. He gained weight, so he must have enjoyed the flavorful and nutritious meals.
