"Residents Feel Cared For with Good Food and Engaging Activities"

At The Village At Willow Crossings, everyone cares deeply about the residents' well-being. The food consistently impresses with new options, and the move-in process was smooth. The activities provided are sufficient to keep my loved one interested and engaged. Overall, it's a wonderful Assisted Living Community that my loved one enjoys being a part of.

"Great place with caring staff; wish we came sooner"

It's a beautiful place with some wonderful staff. Our mother felt at home and really enjoyed living there. She thrived in the community and loved all the activities. We all wish she had been there sooner to enjoy it for a longer time. I would definitely recommend The Village at Willow Crossings to anyone looking for a great and caring place for their loved ones.

"Nice place but too expensive with extra buy-in fee"

We visited The Village at Willow Crossing and thought it was really nice. However, their fees were too high, and they also required a buy-in.

"Improved care and happy staff make The Village exceptional."

We transferred my family member here from another place, and the care is much better. The staff is great, with more and happier workers who communicate well. We're really pleased with The Village.

"Positive Experience at The Village at Willow Crossings"

We picked The Village at Willow Crossings based on a recommendation and their helpful service when I visited. They meet his current care needs well. His room size is just right. Communication has been good, and we're pleased overall. I would suggest it to other families searching for care.

"Good but Expensive Assisted Living with Room for Improvement"

We picked this place because of the rehab services, but my mom didn’t get the help we hoped for. The rooms are quite old and need fixing up for what you’re paying. The food is okay, but residents can’t choose their meals. I would suggest checking out The Village at Willow Crossing. It’s not a bad place, just very pricey.

"Devastating Experience of Empty Promises, Poor Care in Assisted Living"

Our family was truly upset with the low-quality care our parents experienced here. Dealing with Alzheimer's is already tough, but being misled was incredibly painful. We were assured our parents were healthy enough to stay in the assisted living facility, not the memory unit. This surprised me during my visit. They said after our parents' examination, they were fit enough for the main assisted living building. We were promised they'd have a proper care plan there. So, we moved them in, but they were left neglected, unlaundered and ill. Despite numerous meetings and discussions, nothing improved. They couldn't even manage to wash their laundry properly. Though the facility looks impressive, the actual care was completely lacking. It was a year of heartbreak and huge costs. We're still exploring better options for care, now with lots of caution.

"Great Service, But Pricey for Some Budgets"

Did a fantastic job. The place is awesome. Pricing is fair for what they offer but it's too pricey.

"Beware: This Facility May Not Refund Your Deposit!"

I handed over $3,600 for a "refundable" deposit to be on the waiting list for one of their cottages. However, I requested a refund on May 22, 2018, since I found a better place to stay. But here we are, it's already July 7th and I'm still without a check. All I get are excuses like the check got lost, it was sent to the wrong address or it was mistakenly sent to the village. Nothing but delay tactics! Honestly, is the only person who seems capable of helping, but it's almost impossible to catch her around. They've been running me in circles. I've made more than 8 calls and have got zero results. Maybe the fear of bad publicity will get them to finally respond. My advice - be cautious about quick to shell out those "refundable" deposits because it's been nearly two months and they haven't given me mine back.

"Friendly Over 55 Community with Good Activities"

The community for those over 55 is pleasant, with good activities offered by friendly staff.

"Residents' Experience at Assisted Living Facility"

When we walked in, an aide was just sitting on a sofa. When she saw me with the salesperson, she quickly ran away. The place was clean, but the residents didn't seem happy. I asked one resident if she liked it there, and she said yes. The rooms are okay. I didn't hear staff calling residents by their names. Staff gets training every month and does their own yearly inspection, in addition to the state health inspection. The saleswoman claimed the caregiver-to-resident ratio exceeded state standards, but she didn't know what those standards were. I'm pretty sure Massachusetts doesn't have state standards.

"Great staff and food, but restrooms need more accessibility features."

The administration is fantastic. They're always available, helpful, and supportive to families. The CNAs do a good job, even though it's tough. The activities director is great—very engaging and motivated to keep residents active. They offer fresh fruit salad every day, have a healthy menu, and the food tastes good. The only downside is that the restrooms are a bit small for residents with electric wheelchairs and lack enough handicap bars.

"High costs mar otherwise nice assisted living facility experience"

We visited this place while considering care for our family. It looked really nice and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful during our visit. But it's pricey, and they add extra charges.

"Overpriced, Lacking Perks"

This place costs a lot but doesn't give you anything extra.

"Good Service, High Price"

My grandpa stayed there, so we thought of it for my father-in-law. They take good care of people, and the place is nice, but it's pricier than other options. It doesn't seem worth the extra cost since the care isn't noticeably better.

"Better options closer to home needed for Mom's care."

Being far from home is a big deal. Mom wants to be nearer. This place doesn’t match what we need. The small houses are like where she’s living now, but the assisted lodge is too much for her. She’s in the middle, so we’re still searching.

"Insufficient Care for Mom"

I visited this place and considered signing up for myself, but unfortunately, they didn't provide enough care for my Mom.
