"Safe, happy, and wonderful staff."

Proprietors Green is a caring place where our family member is safe and happy. The staff is wonderful, and Mom is always smiling.

"Poor communication, high fees, family involvement necessary."

We're upset about the care for our family member here. Communication lacks between staff. Fees are high for little assistance. Family involvement necessary.

"Discontent with Care Services and Extra Fees"

We were upset with how they treated our family member. They really don't help with almost everything your relative may require unless you cough up more money. If you are thinking to have your loved one in here, please make certain you inspect if their services are truly being carried out. Having a family that keeps a regular check is necessary.

"Sister-in-law Thriving in Community with Kind Staff"

"My sister-in-law loves this place. It's awesome with nice people. They take care of all her needs and she's made new friends. She feels safe and happy. The staff is good, friendly, and kind. Sometimes, it takes a while to get supplies and they're hesitant with transportation, which worries us. Apart from that, things are going well since she moved here."

"Disappointing Assisted Living Experience"

I have a relative living in this assisted living facility, and our experience has been disappointing. While the staff is kind to residents, communication with families about billing has been frustrating. Unauthorized charges appear on the bill, and services sometimes happen without our consent. My family member is unhappy with the food and less socially active since moving here. Despite the nice location, my trust has waned.

"Loss of Faith in Assisted Living Facility's Operations"

My relative stays in the assisted living facility here, but it's been a rather upsetting and irritating. The nurses and helpers are nice to the ones living here, but when it comes to discussing financial matters, things go awry. We often find unknown charges on the bill that we never gave thumbs up for. They tell me that certain services are provided, but my relative insists that these don't always happen. Also, my family member doesn't enjoy the food and has become less social since we brought him here from another facility. The location is superb but overall, I've come to lose my trust and confidence in them.

"Deceptive Practices at Proprietors Green"

The Village at Proprietors Green is seemingly open to any resident, without considering if they can take care of themselves or not. It appears that their main goal is to make money. They are known to admit individuals who might be suffering from dementia into an apartment meant for independent living and then shift them to assisted living. Plenty of their current occupants aren't capable of walking without support. Moreover, the communication between the facility's management and its staff appears to be practically non-existent. Frankly, this is not the place for anyone searching for quality senior living.

"Choose wisely for elder care; size and fancy not crucial."

The place seems nice but staff is unfriendly, communication lacking.

"Choose Carefully: Bigger and Fancy Isn't Always Best"

On the surface, this assisted living facility seems attractive and inviting. But don't let that fool you - problems lie beneath. Issues of miscommunication and a lack of friendliness from some of the staff seem to persist. It's important to remember that seniors are people too and shouldn't be dismissed as forgetful. There are indeed a few staff members who stand out and truly care. When searching around for assisted living facilities, don't assume bigger means better. Talk to the nurses and aides - they're going to be the ones taking care of your loved one. And don't judge a facility by its glamour. If you ask the residents, they'll confirm that a fancy exterior isn't what makes a great home.

"Large but dated facility, better suited for younger residents."

The place seemed kinda old. We only checked out a bit, but it felt like a lot to take in. It’s probably great for someone younger. The place is huge! Everything looked fresh and spacious.

"Inconsistent Service at Chosen Assisted Living Facility"

I picked Elmcroft because of what they offer, but my experience hasn't been smooth. Many things we're supposed to get haven't happened. Sometimes there aren't liners in the trash cans, or they forget to provide diapers. The staff are nice and trying to help us. We hope they fix these problems soon. But for now, they're not following through on what we pay for, so I'd rate them a 3.

"Great place, but too large for our needs"

Everything looked good during our tour. It was clean and nice, and the staff were friendly. It was a bigger community than what we wanted for my mother-in-law. We thought she would do better at a smaller, quieter place. This location was also not as convenient for our family.
