Waterstone at Wellesley

"Waterstone ghosted us, left without answers about dad's admission."
We reached out to Waterstone, hoping it would be a good fit for our dad. We even had a nice visit there and an old soccer coach residing there had told us good things about it. We even did a medical check-up at his home. But we were let down when we found out that his health issues won't give him a chance to stay. What hurt the most was the nurse giving us a ray of hope with her “We’ll see." That was all we heard from them. No direct word saying they can't accept him. It was like being ignored by adults. Even their head office didn't reply when we wanted to know why.

"Good place, but senior staff slow to check in"
The only thing that disappointed me was the senior staff after my mom moved in. They didn't check in during the first few days, and when she came back from the hospital, they didn’t check in for several days until I contacted them. Other than that, Waterstone at Wellesley is a great place.

"Mixed Experience with Assisted Living Facility, Despite Overall Satisfaction"
I highly recommend this place for its facilities, location, and appealing common areas. The staff is very friendly. Communication has been a bit tricky. The orientation was confusing for my loved ones, possibly affected by Covid. Minor maintenance and transportation communication have also been challenging. Transportation isn't as smooth as advertised, but I still use it for appointments. My loved ones are very pleased with the food. Overall, we've been satisfied.

"Healthy and Tasty Meals"
The place is nice, though the rooms are a bit small. The staff is awesome and genuinely cares about the residents. It’s a fairly new facility, but things seem to run smoothly. The meals are healthy and surprisingly tasty.

"Assisted living facility full with small bedrooms, waitlisted 20."
I'll have to check back with them because they're all filled up and there's a waiting list of 20 people already, even though they just started in April. Also, the bedrooms are pretty small, only 11 by 11.
