"Laid-back tour, less attractive setting at Whitney Place"
We had a good tour at Whitney Place. The guy showing us around was laid back and cool, but not as outgoing as the one at the place we chose. The setting here wasn't as pretty.

"Friendly Staff, Room for Improvement"
The community spaces at Whitney Place always look well-kept during my weekly visits. The staff is a mix of nice and not-so-nice people, according to my mother. She praises the activities staff for their kindness and inclusivity, making her day brighter. During the lockdown, they worked tirelessly to connect with families via FaceTime. However, they could improve communication with families more regularly.

" "89-Year-Old Grandmother Unhappy and Isolated in New Care Facility""
My grandma, who's 89, moved here a month ago from her previous place, Fox Hill. It's not going well and we might've messed up in choosing this place. - She keeps saying she wants to live in a normal house. - We can't even put a phone in her room. Nobody picks up the phone on the Broadmoor floor, so she feels all alone without her kids and grandkids. - The guy who sold us the place - - has been sending mean emails about me, even while I'm trying to help Grandma get used to this place.

"Great Convenience with On-Site Nursing"
It's really convenient, and they have nurses available when needed.

"Comfortable and Friendly Assisted Living Community"
Whitney Place at Natick is a happy and neat place to live. The people who work there are nice and helpful, and they pay attention to my family member's needs. I haven't eaten there yet, but the food looks okay, though not as many choices as before. They have fun things for the residents to do, and the room where my family member stays seems cozy. I would tell my friends and family that Whitney Place at Natick is a good place to consider.

"Great care, varied activities, minor dining issues, overall recommendable community."
The staff are really nice and take good care of my family member. They make sure they join in all the fun activities they have every day. There are two places to eat, but the food and service in the memory care dining room aren't as good as the other one. They don't have a special area outside for memory care residents who need extra security. But the place is always clean, and I think you should check it out.
